Rhythm is the key content of singing teaching in primary school,and it is also the part difficult for students to grasp.In many cases,the low efficiency of singing teaching or the students’ failure to master the rhythm of music has a lot to do with the students’ lack of rhythm consciousness.Therefore,attention should be paid to the cultivation of students’ rhythm consciousness in primary school singing teaching.The middle part of primary school is a transition stage from the lower to the higher part.It is in the position of connecting the past and connecting the future in the music teaching of primary school,and it is also a key period to cultivate students’ rhythm consciousness.This paper takes singing teaching in the middle of primary school as an example,and explores students’ rhythm mastery from the perspective of current teaching status.From the perspective of teaching practice,it is expected to explore the methods and ways to cultivate students’ rhythm consciousness,so as to better improve the efficiency of singing teaching in the middle part of primary school and achieve the goal of cultivating students’ music core quality.The first chapter of this paper discusses the two core concepts of rhythm and students’ rhythm consciousness,and holds that rhythm has two meanings: strength and time value,among which strength is reflected in the relationship between rhythm and beat.From the point of view of the meaning of time value,Rhythm also has the characteristics of a single note of length.Rhythm consciousness refers to students’ cognition degree and application ability of rhythm,which is the basis of music practice.From the perspective of the importance of students’ rhythm consciousness,it actually reflects the three-dimensional goal of music course teaching in compulsory education,which is embodied in the three aspects of emotion,attitude,values,process and method,knowledge and skills.Therefore,it also fully illustrates the status and importance of cultivating students’ rhythm consciousness in music teaching.In the second chapter,X primary school is taken as an example.Through the way of the student to carry on the questionnaire and interview with music teacher,in the form of the single primary school middle rhythm of singing teaching current situation was analyzed,and the comprehensive above rhythm of singing lessons teaching attitude,both certain aspect,alsohas the negative side,this "negative" lies in the neglect of rhythm in singing teaching of teaching,and the student to the rhythm of cognitive degree is low,to a great extent,the lack of the cultivation of the sense of rhythm.The result of the interview with music teachers shows that under the background of the new round of music curriculum reform,the teaching mode,teaching methods,teaching strategies and other aspects of singing class need to be further improved,innovated and improved,and the focus of teaching should be shifted to rhythm in singing teaching.In chapter three,through the analysis of the case of singing teaching in the middle of X primary school,it can be seen that there are many problems in the rhythm teaching part of singing class.The concrete manifestation is that the rhythm training does not run through the whole teaching link,the rhythm teaching method deviates,the teacher lacks the attention to the student rhythm problem and lacks the rhythm musical instrument to use.The fourth chapter discusses the way to cultivate students’ rhythm consciousness in middle singing teaching of primary school.It is believed that it is of great significance to cultivate students’ awareness of rhythm by using rhythmic instruments in middle singing teaching,because the use of rhythmic instruments can not only reflect students’ grasp of rhythm knowledge,but also exercise students’ skills of rhythm application.In the concrete implementation,teachers should give full play to the demonstration role,the arrangement of multi-part rhythm and the coordination between songs and accompaniment,and cultivate students’ rhythm consciousness through constantly enriching teaching methods and from the perspective of the essence of music teaching.
