Design And Implementation Of Teaching Staff Service System For Smart Campus In Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of caring for the staff of a higher vocational college in Guizhou,continuously unblock the appeal channels of the staff,broaden the feedback mode of opinions and suggestions,realize the effective solution of the topic,the resolution of contradictions,and the stability of emotions,and promote the scientific development of a Higher Vocational College in Guizhou,the computer technology is adopted and the traditional appeal management mode is used to comprehensively deal with the problems reflected by the staff Channel and working platform.In order to realize the demand of information management of higher vocational college staff,this paper attempts to develop a smart campus oriented teaching staff service system.The application of this system has changed the traditional management mode of staff demands and submitted appeals processing efficiency.It has achieved the standardized,information-based and scientific management of Higher Vocational Colleges’ appeal processing,and guided the teaching staff of the school Staff standard,safe teaching,scientific research suggestions and suggestions to promote the level of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges.The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly,this paper gives the research background,significance,research status,summarizes the content and objectives of the system construction,and then,on the basis of field research,discusses the business process and functional requirements of the system,based on the demand analysis,completes the overall design of the system;based on the theory of Petri net,the system is modeled and analyzed,and described in detail Form and business process of user-defined implementation process,the implementation of the main function modules of the system are introduced.This paper discusses the intelligent campus oriented teaching staff service system,using popular J2 EE technology,selecting mature MVC framework,coding to achieve system functions.In the process of construction,compared with other application systems in higher vocational colleges,the selection of technical solutions,first of all,uses the theory of Petri net to realize the automation of demand business flow;secondly,the demand form and business process are brought into the scope of function module management,and the self-defined function of demand form and business process is realized.Finally,the B / S architecture system is selected,and the eclipse technology is used to build the system based on My SQL database.The application of the above technical solutions promotes the flexibility and maintainability of the system application.At present,the system is deployed and operated in a higher vocational college in Guizhou.The actual application of the system has obvious effect on improving the efficiency of appeal handling work,and also stimulates the enthusiasm of teaching and scientific research of staff,and promotes the continuous progress of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
