Research On The Construction Of Learning Grid

"Integration" is the theme of innovative development of community education and community governance.With the commercialization of housing and the marketization of labor force,the heterogeneity of grass-roots society is becoming more and more obvious."Grid governance" has become a major system of grass-roots social construction,so we will not be able to consider the integration of community education and community governance based on the traditional perspective of community management,but should stand on the theoretical height of modern social governance thought,reflect on some problems that have appeared or are still hidden in the research and practice,and end the state of the separation between community education and grid governance.According to this approach,we should build a "Learning Grid" to promote the further penetration and mutual promotion of community education and community governance.So,how to promote "integration" ? How to use community grid governance system to promote community education into a new state of "learning as much as possible" ? What kind of role can the development of community education play in the promotion of grid governance to the level of "governance should be done" ? Based on the above thinking,this paper takes four township areas of Ningbo as an example to investigate the current situation of the integration of community education and grid governance,clarify the problems,and put forward the path and strategy of building a learning grid that can promote community governance and community education in both directions.The first part is the introduction.Based on the reality of the development of community education and grid governance and the policy requirements of promoting the integration of community education into community governance,this paper points out the necessity of Building Learning Grid.Then it discusses the research status at home and abroad,research content,methods,ideas and related concepts.The second part is the logic system of learning grid.Based on collaborative theory,refined management theory and educational ecology theory,this paper demonstrates the internal consistency between community education and grid governance,puts forward the conceptual framework of learning grid,clarifies the relationship between Learning Grid and Learning Community,and analyzes the construction direction of learning grid.The third part is the conditions and practice analysis of learning grid construction.First of all,from the four aspects of economy,culture,community education and grid governance,it is considered that Ningbo has the conditions for learning grid construction;secondly,the current situation of four areas in Ningbo that are carrying out the practice of "grid learning" is investigated,practices are summarized,and problems are analyzed.The fourth part is the construction path of learning grid.From the organization construction,team construction,curriculum construction,platform construction and environment construction,this paper puts forward suggestions and strategies for the establishment of learning grid.
