| Education for the elderly is an important part of the elderly service,which plays an important role in protecting the right to education,enriching the life of the elderly and improving the skills of the elderly.With the increasing of the aging,it is hard to find a university for the elderly.The supply of the University for the elderly can not meet the needs of the elderly for education.Community is the most important place for the elderly to carry out social activities.It has a natural advantage to provide education services for the elderly.The development of community education for the elderly is an important way of future education for the elderly.The government led community education for the elderly has encountered a bottleneck in the development,and the community education for the elderly has not achieved the expected results.Therefore,in order to make the community education for the elderly make great progress,it is imperative to seek the path of social development.The main research object of this paper is community elderly education and its social development path.First,this paper introduces the related concepts,development process and theoretical basis of community elderly education by using the method of literature analysis,constructs the analysis framework of collaborative governance theory,and discusses the relationship between the socialization of community elderly education and collaborative governance.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire and in-depth interview,five different levels of community schools for the elderly in Songjiang District are selected as the research samples to obtain the development practice and socialization status of community education for the elderly,and the collaborative governance subjects of the socialization of community education for the elderly are defined,that is,government departments,social organizations,enterprise organizations,community organizations and the elderly students themselves,and each subject is introduced in the community Performance in the socialization of education for the aged.Then it summarizes the main problems in the development of the socialization of community education for the aged from four dimensions,that is,the legal guarantee of the socialization of community education for the aged is not enough to restrict the behavior of collaborative governance,the unclear right responsibility relationship of the socialization of community education for the aged disturbs the pattern of collaborative governance,the poor communication between the subjects of the socialization of community education for the aged hinders the process of collaborative governance,and the mobilization of resources of the socialization of community education for the aged is not enough It can affect the effect of collaborative governance.Then using the analytic hierarchy process,the paper constructs the indicators of influencing factors of the socialization of community elderly education,and analyzes the influencing factors of the socialization of community elderly education from the four levels of elderly students,government,community elderly schools and social forces.Finally,according to the analysis of the existing problems and the weight order of the influencing factors,the future trend of the socialization of community elderly education is given,and the specific path of improving the socialization of community elderly education based on collaborative governance is proposed.Through the theoretical and empirical research on community elderly education,the paper draws the following three conclusions: first,community elderly education is a powerful supplement to the elderly education,which increases the opportunities for the elderly to receive education,widens the channels for the elderly to receive education,and gets the unanimous praise of the elderly;second,the development of community elderly education can not only rely on the support of the government,but also needs many societies The participation of strength enriches the supply of various resources of community elderly education;thirdly,the socialization of community elderly education must be based on the concept of collaborative governance,which is an important support for the development of community elderly education socialization. |
