| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the country’s attention to highly skilled talents is also rising.As a leader in the manufacturing industry,it is necessary and urgent to study skilled masters.Practical knowledge is an important intellectual capital,which is of great significance to personal professional development.The research on the generation of practical knowledge of skill masters in vocational colleges not only plays a guiding role in summarizing and reflecting personal practical knowledge,but also provides reference for improving the quality of vocational education.This study adopts qualitative research method,taking the skill masters in vocational colleges as the research object,through classroom observation,in-depth interview,material collection and other ways,collects the original materials from bottom to top to understand the performance,characteristics and influencing factors of practical knowledge generation,and then explores the generation mechanism of practical knowledge of skilled masters in vocational colleges.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,the origin,significance and definition of the research are expounded.Then,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the existing research,and presents the research content,theoretical basis,research ideas and research process.The second chapter is the performance of the practical knowledge of skill masters in vocational colleges,which is explained from four aspects: professional awareness,professional mentality,professional behavior and personality characteristics.The third chapter is the characteristics of the generation of practical knowledge of skilled masters in vocational colleges,mainly showing its constancy,accuracy,interactivity,drive,innovation and so on.The fourth chapter analyzes the main factors that affect the generation of practical knowledge of skilled masters in vocational colleges,which is explained from two aspects of personal factors and environmental factors.Personal factors mainly include genetic quality,interests,self-efficacy,subjective initiative and personal opportunities.Environmental factors are explained from the four "systems" of national policy,education administrative department,school and the relationship between individual and others.And on this basis,it studies the relationship between them,and forms a generating mechanism that is just with itself,understood by others,close to the community of practice,and harmonious with social orientation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection.Firstly,skill masterslearn more about practical knowledge,use all the resources around them,comb the context of professional knowledge,and integrate the knowledge structure.Secondly,the skilled masters in vocational colleges should strengthen communication and cooperation with enterprise technicians,further enrich enterprise practical experience,make personal knowledge closely linked with society,and promote the transformation of social experience and technology into teaching knowledge.Thirdly,the experience of practical knowledge generation of skill masters can provide reference for the generation of practical knowledge of skill beginners,which is helpful for them to develop their own practical knowledge generation path based on their own actual situation,external environmental factors as an important influencing factor,weigh all aspects of conditions,and adapt measures to local conditions.In addition,as a tool for researchers to reflect on the process. |
