Research On Moral Model Education Of College Students In Xinjiang

Moral example education is a fine tradition advocated by our party all the time,is the need of building socialist core values,and is also one of the core contents of ideological and political education.The successful convening of the 19 th CPC national congress has injected new era connotation into moral model education on the basis of socialist core values.It not only reinterprets the value connotation of moral model in the new era,but also gives new value guidance to the moral model education of college students in Xinjiang.Xinjiang university students are the main force in the future construction of Xinjiang,Xinjiang university is an important channel to import talents for the construction and development of Xinjiang,strengthening moral example education for college students themselves,is conducive to their firm ideals and beliefs,improve the moral quality.For Xinjiang,it is conducive to the improvement of the overall social moral quality.With the development of social economy.Moral model education is facing a series of challenges and problems,and the solution of these problems is the direction of our future efforts.Therefore,In the context of the new era,we should combine the relevant spirit of the 19 th CPC national congress,strengthen the personal morality construction of Xinjiang university students,and realize the purpose of inspiring,influencing,guiding and shaping people with the power of moral example.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly explains the source of the thesis research and the significance of the topic selection,and discusses the current domestic and foreign research status,research ideas,methods,research focus,difficulties and innovation points.The second part analyzes the connotation and types of moral example,and analyzes the four functions of moral example education through the collation of relevant theories at home and abroad.The significance of carrying out moral example education in Xinjiang to improve the moral quality of colleges and universities and college students themselves.The third part discusses the effect of the moral model education of college students in Xinjiang,the problems and reasons in the process of education and publicity,mainly from the moral model selection,publicity,college students’ own learning and the establishment and improvement of mechanism to explain four aspects.The fourth part is a comprehensive analysis of the causes of related problems on the basis of previous studies,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures on this basis.The research enriches the content of ideologicaland political education in Xinjiang colleges and universities,and provides some practical basis for the future development of moral model education in Xinjiang colleges and universities.
