At present,the primary school classroom discipline has already appeared a status of alienation,which has had different levels of effect on students’ learning and teachers’ teaching,and classroom coming into being discipline problem has become one of the problems that perplex many front-line teachers,How to manage the classroom discipline is the most critical and the most concerned topic of teacher.As one of the most important sides of classroom management,classroom discipline management aims to solve the order problems in the classroom and build a good teaching environment to coordinate and control students’ behaviors in the classroom.Especially in the rural primary school,The special geographical environment,the increasing number of left behind children,the serious lack of parents’ love and management,usually makes the students break the rules,makes the classroom problem behavior grow in number of quantity,and increases degree of difficulty of classroom management.This study adopts qualitative research method.The selected case is E teacher in rural primary school,Comprehensively used the literature method,interview method,and case analysis method to gather data;Through classroom research and interview,the collected data are collected and analyzed from the two aspects of exploring classroom discipline management of E teacher and analyzing classroom discipline management of E teacher.Based on problems classroom discipline management of E teacher,“The interaction between teachers and students” theory is mainly used for analysis,The theoretical basis of the framework attempts to through the dissimulation of students’ behavior,the route of transforming and behavior reversion to announce classroom discipline management problems of E teacher,Then the problems are summarized and attributed.On this basis,effective intervention strategies are put forward.this article’s investigation and analysis of classroom discipline management problems of E teacher is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is about the introduction,it mainly describes the origin,purpose and significance of the research,the definition of related concepts,literature review,theoretical basis,,research ideas and research methods.The second part is about the exploration of classroom discipline management of E teacher.This part introduces the dissimulation of students’ behavior,the routeof transforming and behavior reversion.mainly using the interview method for detailed understanding.The third part is about analyzing classroom discipline management problems of E teacher,it introduces the classroom discipline problems from the perspective of teacher-student interaction,the route of transforming and behavior reversion,E teacher’s diagnosis of the classroom discipline management problems and E teacher’s attribution analysis of the classroom discipline management problems.It uses the classroom observation method to research the classroom discipline problems of E teacher from the route of transforming,and E teacher’s analysis of From behavior reversion,we can see the problems in classroom discipline management.At the same time,we can analyze the causes of the problems from two aspects: teachers and students.The fourth part is the influence of classroom discipline management of E teacher.Mainly from the teacher level starting about building a correct valuable direction on education and students In the aspect of students,putting into practice the diversification of subjects to take part in the management of classroom discipline,making classroom rules and transforming the way of teaching evaluation,from the student level to learn self-management and take good advantage of monitoring ability and put forward two strategies to intervene the classroom discipline management of E teacher in rural primary school.
