With the development of social economy and social civilization,people pay more and more attention to education and promote the development of education at home and abroad.In the social environment of education informatization,China’s education and training industry has achieved rapid development.Due to low entry threshold and large operating profit space,various institutions have joined the K12 education team.In the face of complex industry characteristics,white-hot market competition and product homogenization development dilemma,education and training industry investment rate of return is declining.In-depth study of the development of the education industry is also conducive to the deepening of education reform and smooth implementation.G education training company was founded in December 2009,after years of development has begun to take shape,however,there exist many problems in its development strategy,such as: serious product homogeneity,high staff turnover,at present,problems of lack of brand influence and development of the road,the serious influence G the orderly development of education and training company.G education and training company to reverse the business dilemma,need to dig into their own development strategy,and take effective measures to solve.Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy management and online education,this paper uses the PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method and five force model analysis method to analyze the development status of China’s education and training industry,and expounds the research basis and value embodiment of this paper;Core concepts and related relevant theoretical foundations;study the internal and external environment of G education and training company’s development strategy,summarize and summarize the problems and causes in the management and implementation of G education and training company’s development strategy;use the strategy through the above research and analysis Management,development strategy,enterprise development strategy and K12 online education and other core concepts or ideas,overall grasp the macro environment and competitive environment of G education and training company.Analyze the current status of the implementation of the development strategy of the G education and training company,and start from a strategic perspective to analyze the management and implementation of the development strategy of the G education and training company,such as: the significant convergence of teaching methods,teaching methods,the failure to use artificial intelligence technology,the frequent turnover of personnel Lack of brand influence,etc.According to the reasons derived from the research,such as: deviations in strategic management and positioning,human resource management system to be improved,brand management awareness and brand management capabilities are low,and differentiated management is not in place,etc.Combining the actual situation of the G education and training company and the current development status of the industry,the strategy for upgrading the development strategy of the G education and training company is proposed.It is recommended that the G education and training institution make a good overall plan for the development strategy,and formulate and implement a new development strategy,including: differentiation focus strategy Expansion strategy,talent strategy and forward integration strategy.Based on the new development strategy,formulate system guarantee,organizational guarantee,talent guarantee and technical guarantee measures.Dig deeper into their own development strategy issues,explore strategic upgrade paths and their safeguards,and help G Education and Training Company reverse its business development dilemma,enhance its market competitiveness in the education industry,and achieve better and faster development.
