With the continuous development of tennis in our country,the teaching effect of tennis has been greatly improved.As an aspect of body sports,multi-direction mobile training has been widely used in various sports training abroad,but less in tennis events in our country.This paper studies the multi-direction mobile training methods and means,and studies the effect of multi-direction mobile training on tennis forehand,which provides a certain reference value for the development of multi-direction mobile training.In this paper,20 students of class 2019 special class of physical education in Wuhan Institute of physical Education were randomly divided into experimental group and control group By comparing the results of multi-direction mobile training method with traditional mobile training method,this paper verifies that multi-direction mobile training can improve the batting effect of tennis students,provides an effective training method for college students,and provides a new training idea for tennis training.Through the experimental study of multi-directional and traditional mobile training,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Multi-directional mobile training helps to improve the tennis students’ positive and negative mobile phone batting effect.2.Multi-direction movement training helps to improve students’ physical coordination ability and footstep flexibility,develop multi-direction movement ability,body control ability and balance ability.3.The multi-directional movement training can promote the students’ ability to move and hit the ball.Because of the enhancement of movement and control ability and coordination,the students can accurately control the body posture when moving and hit the ball and show better technical movements.4.Multi-direction mobile training is easy for students to practice,many forms of practice,easy to stimulate students’ interest and explore tennis training methods,and its teaching effect is obvious to teachers,which is suitable for use in tennis lessons in colleges and universities. |
