| In Effective intervention of cognitive load has become the focus of attention in recent years, because cognitive load overload will lead to the decline of learning efficiency. The learning environment,as an important factor closely related to each learner, often "interferes with our learning without realized it".For example, the background sound in the learning environment often exerts an "unexpected" influence on the learning result. With the development of brain science and the rise of interdisciplinary studies, people’s brain imaging in learning is no longer mysterious. It is not only feasible and necessary to visually display the cognitive load state of learners and the effect of intervention with brain images. This study first reviewed the development of the concept of cognitive load, measurement methods, intervention methods and brain science at home and abroad, and discussed the principle and technical feasibility of using near-infrared brain imaging technology(f NIRS)to measure cognitive load.In terms of theoretical basis, the physiological experimental indexes based on brain measurement,N-back paradigm, signal basis of overload state measurement and physiological measurement basis of f NIRS in the physiological measurement of cognitive load were summarized.Experiment selected college students as experimental object, the environment radio noise and white noise, light music as the interference factors,n-back(0-back,1-back,2-back)as the experimental paradigm, combined with brain f NIRS technology and traditional measurement method, identify quiet when cognitive load status, analysis of the different sounds in the environment intervention’s influence on the level of cognitive load, and give the learners learning environment background Settings provide scientific advice. It has realized the transformation of the study of learners’ cognitive load from subjective to objective, from theoretical discussion to data and image analysis. From the physiological, behavioral, and subjective dimensions of cognitive load level,it has carried out beneficial exploration on analyzing how intervention techniques affect people’s internal mechanism to achieve the purpose of intervention. |
