| Water lifesaving events are different from the general swimming events.Athletes should not only have a good foundation in swimming techniques,but also have solid skills in water life saving.Water lifesaving is a special event of the World Military Games.It has high requirements for strength,speed,endurance and technique.It also has a great test for athletes’ psychological quality and physical ability.In the 7th World Military Games,Wuhan,Hubei Province,China from October 20 to October 22,2019,The Chinese Water Lifesaving Team sent six male athletes,six female athletes and a total of 12 athletes to participate in the competition.The team achieved excellent results,A total of 18 Military Games records were broken,and 11 gold medals were won.The scientific and rigorous training plan for the 7th Army Games in 2019 is inseparable.Based on the analysis of the training characteristics of the Chinese Water Rescue Team in preparation for the 7th Military Games in 2019,the characteristics and training rules of water rescue training can provide reference for the future training arrangements.This paper adopts five research methods,such as literature method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.From the results of the 7th Military Games in 2019,the arrangement of the preparation cycle,training methods and means of each preparation cycle and the characteristics of training load,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)compared with the 2017 World Games,the results of the Seventh CISM World Games Water Life team in 2019 have been greatly improved from both the number of winners and the number of winners,among which the number of the first three winners has increased by 9 times compared with the 2017 World Championships,the number of the number has increased significantly,the results have reached a stable state,and the competitive state has steadily increased.Among them,the 50 m dummy event has increased by 1.04 seconds.The 100 m buoy project was increased by up to 5.6seconds and other events were floated.The training methods and means developed by the head coach during the seventh CISM World Games preparations for the war in 2019 played an obvious role.(2)according to the task and requirements of CISM World Games,the pre-competition preparation cycle was increased by 5 weeks compared with the 2017 Life Saving World Championship,and the main contents and 5 weeks of plateau basic training were mainly based on general aerobic endurance and general physical fitness.The team attached great importance to CISM World Games,and the total number of pre-competition training weeks reached 8 weeks,including 4 weeks of special preparation and 1 week of adjustment and recovery.Prepare for the competition for three weeks.The four-week special preparation is mainly to strengthen the special endurance and special strength;the adjustment and recovery week mainly pays attention to improving the athletes’ basic ability and technical training;the competition preparation week focuses on the special absolute strength and phosphate training as the main content,compared with the 2017 Life Saving World Championship,which focuses on improving the aerobic capacity of athletes.(3)Compared to the 2017 Life Saving Games,This military games will pay more attention to the improvement of special strength,and give full play to the coordination and development of the three energy supply systems,in the choice of training methods to repeat training method mainly to strengthen special skills,to ensure the intensity.(4)The preparation period for the 7th Military Games in 2019 is in the basic training stage,the load and load intensity gradually increase until the peak;In the adjustment recovery stage,it is very important to reduce the amount and intensity of exercise under the precondition of ensuring the athlete’s physical reserves all the time.In the stage of induction competition,the special simulated competition training reduces the water training load and enhances the load intensity.The training coaches mainly use EN1 and EN2 to develop aerobic endurance,SP1 to develop lactic acid tolerance,and SP3 to develop explosive speed.The coaches will stabilize the load but increase the load intensity according to the specific situation of the players.(5)besides the subjective initiative of the individual athletes and the arrangement of the training plan of the coaches,the whole team introduced new physical trainers to enhance the special strength of the emphasis,etc.,are the factors that have significantly improved the performance of the athletes of this military games. |
