Research On The Construction Of University Archive Mobile Service Platform

With the continuous development of mobile Internet,mobile media,mobile services and other new applications,archive mobile service platform,a scientific product with distinctive characteristics of The Times,arises at the historic moment.The archives moving service has brought opportunities,challenges and development for the construction of archives moving service platform in universities.The archives mobile service is characterized by multiple paths,complete functions and flexible service modes.The construction of the digital archives mobile service platform in colleges and universities should be carried out in three aspects,namely,the function development,the characteristics construction and the standard construction of the platform.Firstly,this paper studies the function construction of university archives mobile service platform,including three aspects: mobile information function,mobile file checking function and mobile exhibition function.Secondly,the research is carried out on the characteristic construction of the university archives mobile service platform,including the functional characteristics,teaching characteristics,scientific research characteristics and cultural characteristics of the university archives mobile service platform.Thirdly,research is carried out on the standard construction of archives mobile service platform in colleges and universities,including technical standards such as infrastructure,application system and information resources,management standards such as collection and filing,storage and utilization,operation and maintenance,and security standards such as equipment safety,content safety and management safety.Finally,this paper puts forward three prospects for the construction of archives mobile service platform in colleges and universities: experience improvement,means enrichment and link optimization.
