| With the continuous development of science and technology and the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,the knowledge structure and practical ability of talents required by industries and enterprises are constantly changing.As a result,secondary vocational schools,which train high-quality technical and application-oriented talents for the production line of industries and enterprises,are constantly adjusting the setting of talents training specialties and courses.These schools also conduct research on education and teaching reform in order to make the implementation of curriculum and teaching to cultivate the talents needed by the society effectively and practically.In view of this,according to the National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform(Guo Fa [2019] No.4),"the relevant standards of vocational education teaching should be improved.In accordance with the requirements of aligning professional settings with industrial demands,curriculum contents with vocational standards,and teaching processes with production processes,explore the interoperability and convergence of academic certificates and vocational skills level certificates to enhance students’ employability and entrepreneurship." The research of this topic is proposed in order to find the methods and paths of teaching reform secondary vocational school curriculum at the current stage and to contribute to the research of education and teaching reform of secondary vocational school.This paper takes the work process of vocational jobs as the perspective,takes the orientation of talent cultivation of secondary vocational school H and its teaching goal of "Photoshop graphic image processing" course as the clues,takes modern advanced education theory as the guidance,takes projects as the teaching unit,takes tasks as the teaching driver,and takes "Internet+Vocational Education" as the teaching supply side and systematically elaborates the practical research process of this project course development.This thesis mainly contains the following four parts.Part I: Taking the national vocational education reform implementation requirements as the background,it elaborates the reasons,purposes and significance of proposing this research,clarifies the research content,ideas and methods,and clarifies the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of project curriculum development based on work process.Part II: Carry out research on the job work ability requirements of enterprises and the current situation of talent training in schools.According to students’ employment situation,the interview survey of popular employment enterprises is conducted to understand the knowledge and skills required for their jobs;through questionnaires and personal interviews,to understand the teaching status of the course.Part III: Based on the research results,determine the curriculum development standards,design and organize the course content,teaching materials,online teaching resources,etc.,and complete the development of course resources.Part IV: Using an empirical method to verify the effectiveness of the curriculum development.The developed curriculum was used for a semester-long teaching practice in secondary vocational school H.It is proved that the developed curriculum can effectively enhance the cultivation of theoretical knowledge and skills required by students’ vocational jobs,and it meets the orientation and requirements of the school-based curriculum of the secondary vocational school. |
