With the continuous development of Internet technology,more and more primary and secondary schools introduce online courses into the classroom,especially in the post epidemic era.In order to strengthen and enhance the awareness and ability of primary and secondary school students in the use of information resources,online courses in primary and secondary schools will gradually become an important part of basic education courses.At the same time,the online courses in the "video China" project provide a platform for the establishment and learning of online courses in primary and secondary schools.However,in the process of the implementation of online courses in primary and secondary schools,students’ online learning efficiency is often low.Therefore,how to design online courses suitable for primary and secondary school students is an important issue of current research.The purpose of this study is to build a leading online curriculum design framework for junior high school students,and design and develop a comprehensive practical online course for junior high school students based on this framework,in order to provide an example for the online curriculum design of primary and secondary schools.By using the methods of literature research,investigation and content analysis,this study,based on combing the existing leading online curriculum design mode,combined with the characteristics of "sustainable development: no poverty" online course in the "video China"distance education project,constructs a leading online curriculum design framework suitable for junior and middle school students,and designs and develops the "sustainable development:no poverty" online course based on the curriculum framework Sustainable development: no poverty "online course,in Xingyang City,Henan Province,the second junior high school for a semester of curriculum implementation,through the analysis of its implementation effect,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: Firstly,construct the framework of junior high school leading online curriculum.It mainly includes five aspects: front-end analysis,learning resource design,learning activity design,learning evaluation design and curriculum mechanism design.Curriculum mechanism mainly includes three parts: mechanism leading,teacher leading and auxiliary tools.They work together and permeate in the design and implementation process of learning resources,learning activities and learning evaluation,among which auxiliary tools lead the mechanism And the realization and operation of teachers’ guidance plays a technical auxiliary role.The curriculum framework aims to restrict and motivate learners’ online learning behavior through two ways of mechanism leading and teacher leading in the curriculum mechanism,so as to improve the effect of primary and secondary school students’ online learning.Secondly,based on the framework of the leading online course,this study designed and developed a comprehensive practical online course "sustainable development: no poverty" for junior high school students.The course aims to make students understand the "no poverty" goal,one of the 2030 sustainable development goals of the United Nations,and better understand the social phenomenon of "poverty" and the relevant policies for poverty eradication at home and abroad Relevant policies and efforts lay the foundation for junior high school students to establish the correct three outlooks.Finally,through the implementation and operation of one semester,it is found that the junior high school leading online course improves the junior high school students’ online learning efficiency,comprehensive quality and in-depth thinking ability to a certain extent,and has been highly praised by students and teachers.Therefore,it can provide a reference for the design of online courses in primary and secondary schools.
