With the acceleration of China’s modernization process,urban development is increasingly saturated,and the promotion of new rural construction has become an inevitable requirement of the development of The Times.With the change of agricultural production mode,the leisure time of farming is longer than the farming time.As a leisure culture to improve farmers’ knowledge and skills,rural community education gradually comes into the public view and plays an important role in promoting the new rural construction and rural revitalization.Guiyang is the communication,trade and transportation hub in southwest China.Due to the influence of economy,politics,culture and science and technology,the rural community education in Guiyang is in great difficulty.Based on the current situation of rural community education development in Guiyang City,this paper studies the promotion and development of rural community education in Guiyang City.This research is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of rural community education,combs and summarizes the research trends at home and abroad,and explains the ideas and methods of this study.Finally,the innovation of this study is summarized in order to provide new ideas for the development of rural community education.The second part on the definition of the concept of rural community education at the same time,also on the basis of the rural community education theory are introduced,including the theory of lifelong education,universal education theory and the theory of community governance,the three major theoretical basis,and analyzes the development of rural community education in southwest has the basis of reality.The third part is based on the development of the rural community education in guiyang city present situation analysis,through the six towns part of the natural villages to guiyang on-the-spot interviews,in-depth excavation of the rural community education in guiyang city situation,at the same time and the effect factors of guiyang city rural community education to promote the economic and political factors,cultural factors,technology factors in the system,a comprehensive analysis.The fourth part is based on the results of field research and analysis as a reference,and summarizes the problems encountered in the process of promoting rural community education in Guiyang,which are mainly reflected in the outdated ideas and disjoinable with the development of The Times.The marketization degree is low,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.Lack of education resources,lack of normal operation guarantee mechanism;The training and construction of teachers are backward,and there is a lack of professional talents.The fifth part,on the basis of studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the opinions and suggestions of the respondents on the development of rural community education in the investigation process,provides the path choice for promoting the development of rural community education in Guiyang.Based on synergy,coupling,transformation and innovation,it mainly focuses on keeping the development concept of rural community education consistent with the background of The Times,promoting the internal optimization and integration of rural community education system,speeding up the pace of comprehensive reform of rural community education,and promoting the reform of teacher training mechanism of rural community education.
