In recent years,China’s tourism industry has developed rapidly.As an important part of the hotel industry,the development speed of the hotel industry has been accelerated in recent years,and the industry’s demand for relevant talents is increasing.Therefore,how to deliver high-level talents for the hotel industry has become a research topic applicable to many secondary vocational schools.In this process,the school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate talents provides a new way of thinking to solve this problem.However,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the school-enterprise cooperation in China’s secondary vocational schools.The cooperation is not in-depth enough,and the talents cultivated through cooperation cannot effectively meet the actual needs of the industry.Among them,for teachers in secondary vocational colleges,traditional teaching methods may not be able to meet the current market demand for talent,and it also runs counter to the three-level curriculum management advocated by our country.Therefore,in the context of education andreform in China,the anddevelopment of school-based curriculum with school-enterprise andcooperation as the background is exploration,it is of great practical significance to guarantee the teaching quality of secondary vocational colleges and to cultivate talents to meet the needs of the market.University-enterprise cooperation,school-based curriculum is presented on the basis of this paper and related theories,such as the exploration of the basic components of School-based and Curriculum in the development of Dayian vocational schools and in suzhoutaihu lake tourist secondary specialized and taking schools as the research object.This paper analyzes and studies the setting and development of school-based curriculum in order to provide some reference for the development of school-based curriculum in China and secondary vocational schools and the background of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper attempts to carry out the research from the following aspects: The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose and significance,as well as domestic and foreign literature review,research content and methods.The second part of this paper discusses the goals and elements of school-based curriculum development under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.The third part of this paper takes Suzhou Taihu Tourism Vocational School as an example to analyze the process and effect of school-based curriculum development.The last part of this paper is countermeasures and suggestions.The author himself is a teacher of hotel major in Suzhou Taihu Tourism Secondary Vocational School.The development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of this school has solved the problem of basic hotel major courses to a certain extent,embodies the outstanding characteristics fully in running a school.This will promote the development of double-qualified teachers,perfect the training mode of talents,and improve the quality of talents and higher education.
