Study On Influencing Factors Of Training Effect Of Private Vocational Training Institution

Under the background of our country industrial structure adjustment,social employment pressure rising,vigorously develop vocational training and improving the stock and quality of human capital have become an important starting point for promoting China’s economic transformation and development and meeting people’s needs for continuing education.This also provides a broad space for the development of private vocational training institutions.At the same time,the market economy development,the employment-oriented vocational training education has more market-oriented enrollment path,which means that improving the ability to run a school and employment reputation has become the path choice for the further development of private vocational training institutions.Therefore,clarifying the key factors affecting the training effect of private vocational training institutions and enhancing the training effect becomes an important breakthrough to improve their market competitiveness.In view of the lack of academic research in this field,this study takes“factors affecting training effect” as the research topic,“private vocational training institutions” as the research object,and three private vocational training institutions in L and T in S province as examples,using literature research method and investigation research method to carry out analysis.The specific research is divided into three modules and six parts.The core theme of the first module is “the basic issues on the influencing factors of the training effect of private vocational training institutions”.Concretely includes the introduction,the definition of the basic concept and the explanation of the theoretical basis.One is to clarify the theoretical and practical significance of this research and determine the research ideas and methods.Second,define the relevant concepts,grasp the research object,content and core issues.Thirdly,based on the literature review and related theoretical research,the framework of analyzing the influencing factors of the training effect of private vocational training institutions is grasped to form the theoretical basis of this study.The second module takes “the research on the influencing factors of private vocational training institutions” as the core theme.Specifically including the third chapter “the analysis of the factors affecting the training effect of private vocational training institutions” and the fourth chapter “the determination of the factors affecting the training effect of private vocational training institutions”.One is the methods of literature and investigation,selection and integration of related indicators,built contains “training motivation”、“individual” and “self-efficacy”,“training content and method ”,“lecturer” and “brand image”,“service quality”,“price” of private vocational training institutions training effectiveness index system,the influential factors of initial shape effect evaluation model.The second is to carry out practical research,use SPSS21.0 to analyze the data,determine the influencing factors and index weight of the training effect of private vocational training institutions,establish the regression equation,and modify the evaluation model.Through data analysis,eliminate no significant impact on the training effect of “individual” indicators,get seven indicators,according to the influence degree from big to small order,in order to “service quality”,“lecturer” and “self-efficacy”,“personal motivation”,“training content and method”,“brand image”,“price”,the index weight of 0.258,0.256,0.159,0.126,0.087,0.060,0.055.The regression equation was constructed,training effect =0.142*training motivation +0.180*self-efficacy+0.098*training contents and methods +0.289*instructors +0.068*brand image +0.292*service quality +0.062*price.The third module takes “the improvement of regression effect and the analysis of research deficiencies” as the core theme.Specifically,it includes the fifth chapter “Analysis of Countermeasures to Improve the Training Effect of Private Vocational Training Institutions” and the sixth chapter “Research Conclusions and Prospects”.Firstly,according to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the training effect of private vocational training institutions from three dimensions of “trainees’ characteristics”,“training project design” and “organization”.The second is to review the research process,summarize the research results,analyze the shortcomings of the research and give the prospect of the research.
