Research On The Improving The Effectiveness Of College Students Ideological Work In Emergencies

Today the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.China’s development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities,and the trend of The Times for peaceful development is gaining momentum.At the same time,however,the complicated international situation,the complex and sensitive surrounding environment,and the negative impact of COVID-19 on China’s economy and society make the causes of emergencies in colleges and universities more uncertain.Therefore,a series of problems caused by emergencies are exerting a profound influence on college students in terms of thoughts and behaviors.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed:"We should attach great importance to ideological and political work for the younger generation,improve the system of ideological and political work,constantly innovate the content and form of ideological and political work,and educate and guide young people to form correct world outlook,outlook on life and values." College is the place of spreading knowledge,training talents,emergencies produce makes the ideological and political education work faces more complex new tasks and new challenges,therefore,research on college students’ ideological and political work in colleges and universities emergencies,to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work,maintain the harmonious and stable society and colleges and universities has important practical significance.Taking emergencies in colleges and universities as the entry point,this paper studies the meaning,characteristics,types and causes of emergencies in colleges and universities through literature research,case analysis,combination of theory and practice and other research methods.With marxist theory about studies,intersubjectivity philosophy,4 r crisis management theory,kohlberg’s moral development theory and other multi-disciplinary as theoretical basis of research,from the perspective of the college students’ ideological and political work,analyzes the importance of college students’ ideological and political work in colleges and universities emergencies,and the existing in current college ideological and political work in the emergency response mechanism is not scientific,the safety education work formalization,mental health education effect is not good,the network public opinion guide work has carried on the detailed analysis of the problems such as insufficient,in turn,to analyze the causes of the problem,This paper summarizes the principles and methods of student-oriented and rapid response,laws and regulations,and mental health education in college students’ ideological and political work during emergencies.Therefore,it provides an effective way to solve emergencies in colleges and universities.In order to give full play to the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political work in coping with emergencies in colleges and universities,this paper mainly focuses on pre-prevention--attaching importance to daily work;Handling in the event-calmly deal with,reduce the loss;Reflection after the event-draw lessons and other aspects of comprehensive analysis.In the early stage of the event,do a good job of early warning and prediction,strengthen publicity and guidance,improve the emergency management system;In the middle of the event,quickly and efficiently solve emergencies,and do a good job of psychological counseling of students and public opinion guidance of colleges and universities;In the later stage of the event,attention should be paid to the integration of relevant resources and the psychological reconstruction of students,and lessons should be summarized to improve the ability to deal with emergencies.
