Based on the status and status of functional strength training in the field of physical fitness training,the lag and reflection of functional strength training applied to swimming research,and the need for swimmers to improve their athletic performance,the literature method,experimental method,expert interview method,and mathematical statistics are adopted.Combining and analyzing the concepts,functions,mechanisms,and empirical applications of functional strength training with multidisciplinary knowledge and other methods,the research status and shortcomings are found.Based on this,analyze the characteristics of swimming events,design a functional strength training plan for the experimental group,and compare the functional movement screening,special qualities,and main performance of the experimental group with the control group before and after the experiment to verify the training effect and analyze the functional strength.The relationship between training and traditional strength training provides a basis for the development of competitive performance of swimmers.This study assumes that functional strength training programs have a positive effect on improving swimmers’ special qualities.The study draws the following conclusions and recommendations:First,functional strength training has a variety of training methods.Core stability training,suspension strength training,vibration strength training,proprioceptive training,etc.belong to the category of functional strength training.It is based on special action as a carrier,training for stimulating the neuro-muscular system in an unsteady state,with multi-joint,multi-muscle group,and multi-dimensional features.It focuses on strengthening the control and stability of competitive movements(power technology).Measured.Functional strength training uses physiology,neurology,biomechanics,functional anatomy of the neuro-muscular system,spine dynamics,human kinematic chain,and motion pattern theory to strengthen and eliminate weak crack chains and motion compensation,and attach importance to core strength platforms Building and small muscle group exercises to optimize the basic movement ability of the human body,and lay the foundation for the exercise chain,improvement of special movement modes,energy saving and restoration and regeneration.Second,the 12-week functional strength training program can effectively improve the experimental group’s functional movement screening performance,strengthen the basic movement ability of the human body,correct the wrong movement mode of the human body,repair the weak chain of the human body,stimulate the neuromuscular system,strengthen the core area,and prevent The occurrence of sports injuries.The12-week functional strength training can significantly improve the experimental group athletes’ water kicking and sliding,15-meter butterfly legs in water,starting efficiency,turn-around efficiency,and the main 100-meter freestyle test results.In the control group,the boys’ turn efficiency,100-meter performance in the main item,and the girl’s underwater kick sliding,15-meter butterfly legs in water,and the 100-meter performance in the main item also had significant differences,but the improvement was limited.This may be due to the training plan of the control group.Is not very targeted and does not involve the corresponding exercises(variable control in the experiment).Boys’ physical strength and core muscles are naturally stronger than girls’,while girls’ flexibility and balance are better than boys’.Third,the value pursuit of traditional strength training is reflected in the single-dimensional or one-dimensional training of muscle groups with fixed support,thereby enhancing the effects of maximum strength and burst strength.The value pursuit of functional strength training is reflected in the core stability of special movements as a carrier,the coordination of small muscle groups,and the coordination of the human movement chain under non-steady conditions to improve exercise efficiency and reduce the possibility of injury.The values of the two in the fields of fitness,rehabilitation and athletics have their own characteristics and complement each other.Functional strength training’s action mode correction training,anti-rotation training,and core training are beneficial supplements to traditional strength training,while traditional strength training cannot develop the function of maximizing muscle strength,explosive power,and muscle endurance.Fourth,relevant experts and teachers can formulate corresponding functional strength training programs to introduce swimming special courses.Other sports training special courses(basket,volleyball,foot,field,physical,etc.),including public physical education courses,can also be integrated into corresponding functional strength training programs.Follow-up scholars and experts can jointly develop,integrate,and improve the course to achieve the purpose of enhancing the physical fitness of the school’s students,preventing and reducing sports injuries.On the basis of in-depth research and development,functional strength training courses developed for students of various physical types will be promoted in universities,vocational schools,and primary and secondary schools nationwide,promoting inter-school cooperation and exchanges,combining the research and innovation of universities,and promoting the sustainable development of physical education courses To improve the physical fitness of students across the country and promote the development of physical education.Fifth,when formulating a functional strength training program,a functional action screening test needs to be performed first to find out the wrong movement pattern of the human body and the potential risks on the exercise chain,and to analyze the limitations of joint mobility and muscle groups.According to the results,design a training program that conforms to its own characteristics and implement it.While learning the emerging strength training mode,it can be combined with classic traditional strength training to scientifically arrange the training timing and load of traditional strength training and functional strength training according to the sports and goals,taking into account the integrity of the physical senses,physiology and psychology The required,multi-joint action mode integrates localized and suitable training methods for modern students,and serves the development of college physical education training.Sixth,follow-up studies can be applied to unrelated sports events in combination with special quality indicators,appropriately expanding the sample size(different races,ages,genders),extending the experimental cycle,especially for different ages of adolescents and different training cycles of athletes.Quantitative research on strength training is not enough.Control the nutritional level of the subject as much as possible,ensure the accuracy of the equipment,master the biological rhythm,psychological level,avoid the placebo effect,take experiments under multi-blind conditions,etc.to improve the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results.For individual differences of outstanding athletes,instruments can be used(such as myoelectricity,gait,biological indicators,dynamic balance platform,sensors,interference glasses,photoelectric circuits,blood pressure resistance training belts,wearable equipment,EEG heart rate variability monitoring Instrument,on-site virtual simulator,etc.)to obtain monitoring data of functional strength training efficiency,establish a database,and find out the optimal training load and timing.
