"Informatization" was first mentioned in the academic literature of Japan in the 1960s.Influenced by the "information superhighway" plan of the United States,informatization technology has been widely used in various fields all over the world.The development of information technology in the field of education has brought great opportunities and challenges to education.Under the influence of the traditional teaching mode,many teachers still rely on a single teaching method,which leads to a lot of students’ low interest in learning and poor learning effect.Teachers’ professional development is one of the core issues in the field of education,and the development of teaching ability is the core of teachers’ professional development.In order to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of primary and secondary school students,it is necessary to first improve the innovative spirit and practical ability of teachers.By means of interview and observation,using grounded theory to explore the influencing factors of basic education teachers’ teaching ability development,coding the facts level by level,classifying the influencing factors of basic education teachers’ teaching ability development into three dimensions: first,the role of teachers in the information environment,including teachers’ age,teaching subjects,teaching tasks and educational level And teachers’ information technology literacy foundation;second,teachers’ knowledge based on TPACK theory,including subject content knowledge,teaching method knowledge and technology knowledge;third,school information support and teachers’ teaching ability development,information-based teaching resources,teaching team construction,training system design,assessment mechanism,etc.Based on these three factors,we can build a model of influencing factors for the development of basic education teachers’ teaching ability.In order to promote the development of basic education teachers’ teaching ability,we need to explore and choose reasonable countermeasures.Based on the exploration of influencing factors,the possible countermeasures for the development of basic education teachers’ teaching ability are as follows: on the one hand,on the school side,improve the school information-based teaching support,improve the teachers’ information-based education and training methods,and strengthen the assessment of information-based teaching.On the other hand,in the individual aspect,we should improve the level of understanding of information-based teaching,establish learning groups,and actively reflect on our own teaching ability.In the information age,the development of basic education teachers’ teaching ability is not only a theoretical problem,but also a practical problem.We need to strengthen the diversified exploration of practice under the guidance of theory.
