The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of high school students’ interpersonal relationship,coping style,self-efficacy and psychological resilience;to explore the relationship among high school students’ interpersonal relationship,coping style,self-efficacy and psychological resilience;to investigate the role of self-efficacy and psychological resilience in interpersonal relationship and coping style.For senior high school students to improve psychological resilience,self-efficacy,interpersonal relations,in the face of pressure or emergencies can take the right way to put forward education suggestions.In this study,a total of 1200 students in three grades from two high schools in Huaihua and Changsha of Hunan province were selected through questionnaire survey.There were1100 valid questionnaires and the effective rate was 91.67%.The age is 15-18 years old,including 550 boys and 550 girls,546 in grade one,322 in grade two and 232 in grade three.In this study,the comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship,the coping style scale of middle school students,the Resilience Scale for Chinese adolescence(RSCA)and the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were used to investigate.Based on this,using descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and other methods for data analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)high school students’ interpersonal relationship,coping style,self-efficacy,psychological resilience have significant differences in different demographic variables(2)High school students’ interpersonal relationship,coping style,self-efficacy and psychological resilience are significantly correlated.(3)Self-efficacy plays a part of intermediary role between interpersonal relationship and coping style;psychological resilience plays a part of intermediary role between interpersonal relationship and coping style.Self efficacy and resilience play a chain mediating role in interpersonal relationship and coping style.At the same time,according to the above research results,this study from the perspective of improving interpersonal relationship,self-efficacy,psychological resilience,put forward specific suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the coping style of high school students.First of all,schools and families strengthen the education of coping style through some measures,and second,enhance self-efficacy through correct attribution.Finally,carry out some interpersonal training,these measures are to strengthen the ability of high school students to actively respond to the core,from the other three aspects put forward measures to achieve the goal.
