Objective: Multi-ball training is an important teaching method of ball games,which can effectively make up for the deficiency of single ball teaching.It is not only of great help to improve students’ skills,but also of great help to solve the problems of less space and more class size in colleges and universities.Tennis multi-ball practice,according to the different ways of practice,will produce different learning effects.This paper takes multi-ball training as the starting point and focuses on the influence of different modes of ball supply on tennis teaching effect.On the basis of the existing theory and according to the specific object,it will be deepened,refined and concretized,so that the teaching effect can be maximized.There are few studies on this aspect in tennis project,but the influence of the way of ball supply on multi-ball training is very important.It is hoped that the study of this paper can not only strengthen the attention of experts and scholars on this aspect,but also provide a template for university teachers to formulate scientific multi-ball training.Methods: This article mainly uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,video observation method and mathematical statistics method,with students in the 2018 sports training special class of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects.The experimental group adopts a changeable ball supply method,and the control group adopts a fixed ball supply method.The pre-test and post-test are carried out respectively to compare and analyze the teaching effects of the two ball supply methods.Through the 8-week teaching experiment。The results of this study are as follows:(1)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in hand-thrown badminton(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in 1min rope skipping,five-point fan-shaped return run and standing long jump,but there were positive development.(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the baseline depth stroke total score and forehand score(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in backhand score and stability score(P>0.05).The scores of the experimental group were slightly better than those of the control group.(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the baseline accuracy score and backhand score(P<0.01),but no significant differences in the other two items(P >0 0.05).The scores of the experimental group were slightly better than those of the control group.(4)After the experiment,the total score of volley depth was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01),the forehand score and the backhand score were significantly different(P<0.05),and the stability score was not significantly different between the two groups(P > 0 0.05).The scores of the experimental group were slightly better than the control group.(5)Through the test of singles matches,the experimental group won more matches than the control group,and the time spent in each match and the average beats per point were less than the control group.In the experimental group,most of the indicators can control the error rate and improve the direct score rate while maintaining high utilization rate in terms of technology utilization rate,error rate and direct score rate.The following conclusions can be drawn from the results:(1)The two ways of supplying balls are helpful to improve the physical fitness of students,and the improvement is small.The experimental group is slightly better than the control group,and the effect of changing the ball supply method is slightly better than that of the fixed ball supply method.(2)The two ways of supplying the ball have different degrees of improvement in the depth of the bottom line,the accuracy of the bottom line and the depth of the volley.Some technical indicators of the experimental group showed significant differences after the experiment.The experimental group was slightly better than the control group,and the effect of changing the ball supply method in teaching was slightly better than that of the fixed ball supply method.(3)The overall competition ability of the experimental group is slightly better than that of the control group.The specific performance is: high utilization rate of technology has a high scoring rate,less points lost,and obvious advantages;a good game state and strong stability of various technologies;Win the game with fewer shots. |
