| Blended learning is widely used in the field of school education and enterprise training,especially in the field of traditional education.Blended learning is popular and extended to a variety of application modes suitable for different scenarios.With the popularization of communication tools like Internet technology and the increase of bandwidth,technical barriers have been broken,and the demand for blended learning is increasing.However,in the enterprise training,the current application is not popular enough.Due to the different training stages of enterprises,the application proportion of blended learning is also uneven.However,with the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,blending learning methods gradually begin to get more applications from online training to more forms and contents in such special circumstances.Enterprise training is mainly to bring business benefits in short term which is different from traditional school education.The purpose of enterprise training is not only to make employees smarter and more capable,but also to make business activities more profitable with less cost.Therefore,the training of blended learning is more suitable for the application of different training projects with different needs,scenarios and training objects.This thesis analyzes the actual cases of blended learning application in the existing training system based on the analysis of DM company’s existing training system,finds out the possible problems in each link of the enterprise training system and come out the suggestions that can be used to improve the blended learning method,which is a good demonstration of the theory of blended learning method.Based on the case analysis,we find the successful experience,to summarize the failure lessons and provide better suggestions and implementation,and demonstrate for more enterprises to optimize the training system by using blended learning method. |
