| Since the reform and opening up,the development of China’s private colleges and universities is changing with each passing day.After 27 years of construction,Xijing University,a well-known private university in China,has come out on top in the ranking of scientific research strength and popularity of private institutions of higher learning in recent years.But when non-government college competition circuit has been developed,under the tense situation,with the willing of standing out again,Xjing University is necessary to organize cultural development and maximize the use of organizational resources to achieve a higher organizational efficiency and the level of output improvement.By sorting out the organizational culture construction of Xijing University and using Denison’s organizational culture OCQ for reference,this paper gives questionnaires to the members of Xijing University,and analyzes the problems faced by the organizational culture construction of Xijing University: the score of "participation" index is low,and the members of the organization think they do not know enough about the organizational strategy;"Consistent" index score is low,organization members think that the system processing method needs to be improved;Organizational culture doesn’t make people happy;Individual differences in organizational cultural awareness are great.This paper discusses the reasons for the problems in the construction of organizational culture in Xijing University: the insufficient construction intensity of organizational "cultural network" and the incomplete construction level of organizational culture.Therefore,in combination with Denison’s OCQ,enterprise culture construction of the closed loop subsystem,organization culture construction four hierarchy theory,has been clear about the Xijing University culture construction optimization of target recognition system and main content: training system,dissemination system,incentive system,staff growth and development supporting system,integrating system,evaluating system,enhancing system.In order to guarantee the application achievements of organizational culture construction of Xijing University,firstly,combining with Peter Senge’s Five Disciplines,this paper puts forward the value proposition of building a "learning-oriented" Xijing University.Secondly,combining with the Z theory of William Ouchi,this paper puts forward the key measures of conscientiously implementing the organizational culture construction of Xijing University:employment period design,career development,emphasizing informal organization and its cultural implication. |
