Research On The Improvement Of Administrative Efficiency Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Educational Modernization

With the continuous development of social economy,science and technology,the traditional administrative mode adopted by higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the needs of practical work,especially in the context of the Education modernization.Higher vocational colleges should innovate the administrative management mode in order to improve the administrative efficiency and promote all aspects of administrative activities which can achieve the desired results.Under the background of the Education modernization,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence technology can be fully applied to the current management work,which is the trend of the development of the times and the trend of management.However,from the current situation of administrative efficiency in higher vocational colleges,its existing problems make the administrative work of higher vocational colleges not optimistic.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview method to dig and analyses the main problems existing in the administrative efficiency of N college.Based on the research,the main problems existing in the administrative efficiency of the N college include6 aspects which are the management concept is relatively lagging,existing management technology is inefficient,institutional settings are too rigid,managers’ sense of service is weak,the quality and efficiency of supervision is low,the effect of performance appraisal is poor.According to the problems and reasons of the administrative efficiency of the N college,the thesis is to formulate ways and countermeasures to optimize and improve the administrative efficiency of higher vocational colleges,including updating the administrative management concept of N colleges,comprehensive application of the Education modernization,strengthening the quality and ability of personnel,optimizing the duties and functions of administrative institutions,perfecting the supervision mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism,etc.
