| At present,countries around the world are paying more and more attention to the issue of aging.At the State Council press conference on March 8,2021,Hu Zucai,deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission,said that my country is expected to enter a moderate aging stage during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.Therefore,the preparation of the "Draft Outline" and upgrading it to a national strategy is an important measure taken by the central government to actively respond to social concerns and deal with the aging of the population.For Wuchuan County,which is becoming more and more aging,the local agricultural production has been affected to a certain extent.This article collects on-site surveys of 400 farmers,and uses DEA model analysis and other methods on this basis,taking agricultural production efficiency as an example.The entry point is to explore the impact of the aging of the labor force on agricultural production in Wuchuan County,Hohhot City.The research results show that on the basis of the DEA model,the agricultural production efficiency of Wuchuan County is studied,and the impact of the aging labor population on the agricultural production of Wuchuan County is analyzed.The empirical analysis is the starting point and the results are applied to the government.In the relevant work of the functional departments,it provides a reference for the scientific decision-making of the party committee and the government.It can be seen from the fitting results of the DEA model that the aging rate has a negative and significant impact on the overall efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,the scale efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,and the pure technical efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County.For each increase in the urbanization rate CITY by one percentage point,the overall efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,the pure technical efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,and the scale efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County will decrease by 87%,38%,and 51% respectively;urbanization rate It also has a negative effect on the overall efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,the pure technical efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,and the scale efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County,and the impact is more significant.Therefore,the higher the urbanization rate,the greater the reduction in the area of arable land,and with the reduction of the agricultural population,the proportion of the reduction in the number of agricultural laborers will further increase,thereby weakening the efficiency of agricultural production.The natural population growth rate has a positive effect on the three major efficiencies,which shows that as the number of laborers increases,the efficiency of agricultural production will increase.Among the many influencing factors,pure technical efficiency is the lowest,followed by scale efficiency,and overall efficiency has the greatest impact.At the same time,every one percentage point increase in the natural population growth rate will increase the efficiency of agricultural production and its breakdown,the pure technical efficiency of agricultural production,and the scale efficiency of agricultural production in Wuchuan County by6.33,2.70,and 3.82 times.The labor force plays a vital role in the local agricultural development in Wuchuan.Under the current economic situation,the aging of the labor force in Wuchuan County limits the agricultural production in Wuchuan.Based on the above research,we can see that we urgently need to learn from Promote the construction of Wuchuan culture and realize the revitalization of Wuchuan villages;introduce labor and human resources and take root in Wuchuan agricultural production;pay attention to the stimulation of agricultural capital investment and other aspects,and ultimately play a positive role in promoting the agricultural development of Wuchuan and even Inner Mongolia,and contribute to the future of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Lay a solid foundation for the revitalization of the countryside. |
