| China is in the period of constructing an innovative country rapidly,the social market asks for the quality of workers are constantly improving,the demand for the person with ability also take on the characteristics of a high-level and compound type.As a comprehensive discipline,Physical Education also needs to conform to the tide,and it need talents with multi-professional backgrounds to participate in it.As the main force of physical education scientific research,physical education research-oriented talents play a key role in the development of national physical education enterprises.In recent years,the number of students applying for postgraduate’s degree in China has been increasing with each passing year,and the demand of social market for compound and innovation-type talents has been increasingly strong,as well as the higher demand for knowledge and ability of interdisciplinary postgraduates of physical education.Therefore,the importance of cultivating interdisciplinary postgraduates of physical education should be re-examined by the scholars and experts in education.This study applies the research methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interviewing and mathematical statistics to make a detailed analysis on the current situation of the knowledge and ability of the interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates and the cultivation to them in 9 colleges,draw the following conclusions:the advantages and disadvantages coexist in the knowledge and ability of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates.Advantages are their diversity of theoretical knowledge,logical thinking ability,basic literate knowledge,knowledge learning ability,learning autonomy and practical adaptability.On the contrary,they show shortcomings in sports professional knowledge accumulation,the combination of undergraduate and postgraduate theoretical knowledge,the own feeling of physical education,sports skills level,their own basis movement and sports social practice ability.At the same time,there are still many problems in the cultivation of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates.For example,the admission system is not strict enough for their knowledge and ability level,also the requirements of secondary examination is not enough for their knowledge and ability level;The cultivating objective is not clear on the requirement of knowledge and ability level;There is a lack of corresponding pertinence in the curriculum setting for interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates;The teaching method is single and lack of originality;That brings new challenges to the tutors’ reception and the way of guiding.Through a number of researches and investigations,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the cultivation of knowledge and ability of interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates:1.Students should be consciously check and fill gaps on the physical education professional theoretical knowledge.In the case of continue learning undergraduate major knowledge,make up the theoretical knowledge of physical education major.Keep good communication with tutors and classmates,actively participate in academic discussions,make best use of own undergraduate majors’ theory,maximize the advantages,and improve the academic innovation ability.2.Students should reasonably arrange skills training plan and strive to improve the level of sports skills.Look for internships in a targeted way,always pay attention to employment requirements,and purposefully improve sports skills and sports practical ability in accordance with social needs.3.Colleges and universities should clarify recruitment strategies,improve the re-examination links,and give consideration to the theory and skill assessment of interdisciplinary PE master candidates.To meet the requirements of the development of the new era,targeted training interdisciplinary masters.Colleges and universities need to optimize curriculum setting,clarify training objectives,pay attention to ability training,and narrow the gap between the professional theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills of cross-professional PE masters and those of their own specialty PE masters.4.Change the traditional "one-on-one" tutor training system and advocate the multi-tutor joint training system.It is suggested that the supervisor should start from the characteristics of the students,make full use of the students’ multi-professional background and good literate foundation,and gradually stimulate the innovative thinking of the cross-professional physical education postgraduates in scientific research. |
