Social skills disorder is one of the core symptoms of autistic spectrum disorders,which is mainly manifested by lack of social gaze and difficulty in developing interpersonal relationships.The social skills deficits of children with autism spectrum disorders not only make it difficult for them to communicate with others,but also prevent them from integrating into family,school and social life.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the social skills of autistic children.The purpose of this study is to improve the social skills of autistic children through creative drama teaching activities.The teaching activity of creative drama is one of the important forms of educational drama,which is an improvisational,informal and process-based form of drama expression.At present,research has proved that creative drama teaching activities can improve the social skills of autistic children.The improvisational and ecological characteristics of creative drama teaching activities stimulate the interest of autistic children,develop their creativity and imagination,and develop their social skills through the experience of the inner emotions of the roles.The subjects of this study were two children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)aged between 4 and 16 years.The research method adopted the cross-behavioral multi-detection experiment design of the single-subject study method,aiming to improve the social skills of the two subjects.The independent variable is creative drama teaching activity,and the dependent variable is social skills,which mainly includes three target behaviors: "comfort others","share information" and "negotiate with others".Through visual analysis,inter-observer consistency analysis,teaching procedure consistency analysis and social validity analysis,the following research conclusions are drawn.(1)The teaching activities of creative drama have good immediate effect on the social skills of the research subjects.(2)The teaching activities of creative drama have a good generalization effect on the social skills of the research objects.(3)The teaching of creative drama has a good generalization effect on the social skills of the research objects.(4)The teaching activities of creative drama have good social validity on the social skills of the research subjects.Finally,through further analysis and discussion of the research results,the researchers discussed the factors affecting the experimental results as the ability level of the research object,the emotional state of the research object and the contingency,and put forward relevant countermeasures.The innovation of the research is to use creative drama teaching activities,a relatively novel intervention means,through improvisation and other ways to improve the social skills of autistic children.In addition,according to the limitations of the study itself,suggestions are provided for future related research.
