Along with the growth of the per capita income of the residents and the continuous popularization of the concept of national fitness,as people gradually begin to pursue a healthy lifestyle,more people increasingly participate in a variety of sports and fitness.Simultaneously,along with the rapid development of mobile Internet,personalized and intelligent fitness management services based on mobile terminals have also become a common demand of the public.As a result of these factors,many fitness applications(APP for short)have emerged.Fitness APP satisfies people’s needs for professional fitness training,fitness knowledge popularization and fitness equipment purchase,etc.As of 2020,the total user size of KEEP has exceeded 200 million,as a social sports and fitness APP,which is represented and produced by Beijing Calorie Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Company C).From the perspective of user scale and profitability,KEEP occupies the domestic leading sports and fitness APP brand;otherwise,in the competition with other similar APPs,KEEP has gradually exposed the problems of homogenization of content and decreasing user stickiness.The ways to enhance user satisfaction and continued usage intention have become an important issue for KEEP APP of Company C to maintain its competitive advantage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the continuous use intention of Keep users and explore the methods to enhance the continuous use intention of Keep.By introducing the theories related to users’ intention to continue to use and reviewing the current status of domestic and international research,this study delineates and defines the factors influencing KEEP users’ intention to continue to use.Based on the factors of expectation confirmation,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,social influence,satisfaction,and willingness to continue to use involved in the Information Systems Acceptance Model(ECM-ISC)and the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model(UTAUT),supplemented by the introduction of perceived risk theory and gamification participation,the KEEP user willingness to continue to use model and research hypotheses were constructedIn this study,according to theoretical model and research hypotheses,the author will compile a questionnaire on the will of users to continue to use KEEP,and distribute it online to certain users to collect data.After being combed through,the data will be analyzed the validity,correlation and regression through data analysis software.The analysis will show that: one,the confirmation of expectation has notable positive effect on satisfaction,and then has notable positive effect on ease of use.Two,the ease of use perceived by users has notable positive effect on their continuation to use the software.Three,discomfort perceived by users has enormous negative effect on the will of users to continue to use the software,and then has material negative effect on the satisfaction with the software.Four,social effect and the will of users to continue to use correlates positively.Finally,the satisfaction of users with the software and the will of users to continue to use correlates positively.Finally,according to the analysis results,and combined with the characteristics of Keep APP,the author will make suggestions and countermeasures for Company C to improve the will of Keep users to continue to use,including to improve service quality,reduce usage discomfort,integrate publicity resources and optimize interface layout.At the same time,the author also hope this paper can provid a reference basis for the popularization and promotion of sports and fitness APPs in China. |
