| The excellent traditional culture of China is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation.Inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture is an important way to correctly understand the realistic problems and spiritual roots of Chinese education.The doctrine of the mean begins with the statement that “Nature is called by the mandate of heaven”,“Nature is called by the Tao”,and “Cultivation is called teaching”,which gives the doctrine of the mean rich philosophical meaning to “Destiny”,“Nature”,“Cultivation”and “Teaching”,bypass reason and go straight to your inner self-cultivation.From the existing literature,the value of the doctrine of the mean has not been fully valued and in-depth excavation,which is a pity for the construction of our educational theory.This article aims to further understand and interpret the Confucianist ideology contained in "The Doctrine of the Mean" by interpreting the connotations of "neutralization" and "sincerity",and to seek reference and guidance for current school education.This research uses literature research method and text analysis method as the main research methods.The purpose of this study is to examine the enlightenment of the doctrine of the mean from the perspective of modern educational theory,and to analyze the enlightenment of the doctrine of the mean to contemporary education.The main purpose of education is to become one’s self,an adult and an adult,and the key way is to be honest,and finally to be neutral.This paper includes the following five parts: the first part is the introduction.This part demonstrates the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the “Doctrine of the mean”of the enlightenment of the relevant research,and finally introduces the paper’s research ideas and difficulties.The second part discusses the connotation of neutralization in the doctrine of the mean.On the connotation and significance of the thought of neutralization and enlightenment in the doctrine of the mean.The third part discusses the ideological connotation of the doctrine of the mean.The connotation and significance of the Enlightenment thought in the doctrine of the mean,such as “Honesty is the way of heaven”and “Honesty is the way of man”.The fourth part discusses the educational philosophy implication of the doctrine of the mean.From the perspective of modern educational theory,this paper investigates the educational origin of the doctrine of the mean,the educational law of the doctrine of the nature,and the educational path of the doctrine of monasticism,and shed light on its implications.The fifth part explains the contemporary educational significance of the doctrine of the mean.Based on the requirements of the contemporary educational development and the present situation of practice,this paper probes into the connotation of the contemporary educational value of the doctrine of the mean and its enlightenment significance in the curriculum setting,the construction of teachers’ morality and the development of students. |
