| In order to implement the education policy reported in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and improve the vocational education and training system,the Ministry of Education has adopted a series of measures to deepen the reform of "introducing enterprises into education",and the "ICT Industry and Education Integration Innovation Base",as the first “deep integration” project of production and education,is playing its role of benchmarking and leading demonstration.Entering the "14th Five-Year Plan" stage,my country’s ICT industry has two distinctive features: huge demand for talents and dislocation of talents.Breaking the talent bottleneck and accelerating school-enterprise cooperation is the key.At present,the theoretical circle tends to study the talent training model under the mode of integration of production and education,and there is relatively little research on the training of internal faculty and performance management of the "enterprise" in schools and enterprises.Based on the dual roles of internal faculty members at school and in the enterprise,how to maximize their effectiveness and how to set up a performance management mechanism suitable for corporate faculty,that is lack of exploration in the theoretical field.This article takes the performance management of E information and communication education enterprises as the research object,explores the application of balanced scorecard in ICT education enterprises in school-enterprise cooperation,improves the performance management level of enterprises,and improves the rationality,fairness and incentives of enterprise personnel performance.This research is divided into six chapters.Firstly,through the theoretical research and comparison of performance management tools at home and abroad,it analyzes the research significance of E information and communication education enterprise performance management,and clarifies the research methods and ideas.Then,using questionnaire surveys,interviews,etc.,analyze the current performance management status of E information and communication education enterprises from the four links of performance management,analyze the problems existing in the corporate performance management process,and use balanced scorecards for E companies.The necessity and feasibility are explained.Then,starting from the corporate strategy,from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard to dig out the key performance indicators that affect corporate performance management.By clarifying the corporate strategy,drawing a strategic map,determining key performance indicators,establishing a balanced scorecard at the corporate and departmental levels,decomposing corporate strategic goals to organizational departments,so that performance appraisal has clear goals as a basis,and stabilizes the internal talent team.Finally,a comprehensive guarantee for the implementation of the program from the four aspects of organizational structure,human resources,informatization and system processes.Through the research of this article,the establishment of a set of performance management solutions with a balanced scorecard as the core in E information and communication education enterprises will help solve many problems encountered by enterprises in the performance management process,and help managers to develop a performance management system.Provide management advice.At the same time,it also helps to provide reference for the performance management plan of the enterprise that integrates production and education,and provides reference for the development of more similar information and communication education enterprises. |
