Research On The Survival And Development Of Social Work Organizations Based On PEST-SWOT Model

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,reform and opening up have gradually advanced in depth,and the modernization of social governance has become a national strategy.The state has successively introduced a series of policies on social management and social services,and social forces are growing rapidly.Among them,social work professions and social work institutions play a fundamental role in my country’s grassroots governance,but their social awareness is not high.In particular,social work institutions face many severe challenges in the process of providing social services.As an important social organization,how social work organizations can grow rapidly with the support of national policies is not only a question of the survival and development of social work organizations themselves,but also a major practical issue that must be addressed in the modernization of social governance in my country.Social work institutions are important social entities that ease social conflicts,solve social problems,and promote the benign and sustainable development of our society.At present,government departments in various parts of our country have introduced relevant measures and corresponding policies for the purchase of social service projects to provide necessary resources for the development of social work organizations.This reflects the government’s full attention to the professional development of social work.However,in the process of actual research and communication,the author found that in the practice of social governance,the survival and development of private social work organizations are facing various difficulties and challenges.Especially in the post-epidemic era,how social work organizations can acquire the ability to survive and play their important role in building society is an important issue that must be considered by both academic and practical fields of social work.This article is based on the PEST-SWOT analysis model,taking Y Institution in Anhui Province as an example,to discuss the current survival and development of social work institutions,focusing on the advantages,disadvantages,and opportunities of social work institutions in the four aspects of policy,economy,society,and technology.And challenges.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review and definition of related concepts of this article;the second chapter mainly studies the development background,survival status,and main problems of Y organization,and finds that Y organization is currently facing the organization and management system Issues such as imperfections,imperfect institutional professional services,imperfect institutional talent team building,imperfect institutional resource planning mechanism,etc.;Chapter 3 provides advantages and opportunities for the survival and development of Y organization from four aspects: policy,economy,society,and technology Through analysis,the research found that the current Y agency has good policy support,rapid growth in social and economic development,increased demand due to social problems,and good advantages and opportunities in its own professional technology.Chapter 4 is about the four aspects mentioned above.Analyzing the disadvantages and challenges of the survival and development of Y organization,it is concluded that the current development of social work organizations still has arduous tasks in terms of policy improvement and implementation,economic strength level,social recognition,technological improvement and innovation;Chapter 5 uses SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy discuss and analyze the problems and development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of social work organizations,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of social work organizations,and advocate social work organizations to change development concepts,innovate development paths,and explore marketization The development model of non-profit organizations under operation.This paper concludes that the current development advantages of social work organizations outweigh their disadvantages,and there are more opportunities than challenges.The growth of social work organizations is an inevitable trend in history,and it is inevitable for social work organizations to adopt a social enterprise development model.
