| As our society enters the fast lane of economic development,people’s social life has also undergone tremendous changes.The traditional mode of providing public services only by the government can no longer meet the increasingly diverse and complex social needs of the public.Because of the altruism of its professional value and the professionalism of service supply,social work meets people’s individual needs for social services under the new situation.At the same time,the professional and professionalization of social work in my country has developed rapidly,and the service level has been continuously improved.Therefore,the society of our country Work professions are playing an increasingly important role in the supply of social services.In this context,the government used the purchase of social work services to innovate the supply model of social services and improve the quality of services.This measure not only promoted the professional development of social work,but also accelerated the transformation of government functions and the professionalization of social services.But this does not mean that the development of social work in our country has matured.In a sense,it can be said that the reality is just the opposite.Social work services purchased by the government still face many difficulties,challenges and even paradoxes in practice.This article takes the purchase of social work service projects by the Q community government in Hefei as the research object.It uses literature analysis,in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to deeply study the status quo of social work services in the Q community.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,through the analysis of the Q community government Analyze the problems in purchasing social work services and the results obtained,and put forward suggestions for optimization of service paths.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance and related literature review of the thesis;the second chapter defines the related concepts and explains the theoretical basis;the third chapter introduces the basic overview of the purchase of social work services by the Q community government in Hefei,and summarizes the current services The results achieved;Chapter 4 points out the difficulties faced by the Q community government in purchasing social work services in practice,including the lack of protection of social work services,the lack of voice in the service system,the low level of social work services,and the need to improve the evaluation system,and analyzes these issues The main reasons for the problems include the imperfect macro policy system,the unequal relationship between the subjects in the service field,the insufficient capacity of the social work organization,the single evaluation subject and the evaluation method,etc.;Chapter 5addresses the above problems and reasons,from the top-level system,Corresponding suggestions are put forward in terms of political-community relations,social work organizations,and evaluation systems,with a view to forming a healthy,harmonious,and orderly operation of social service ecosystems,and giving play to the professional functions of social work in the service system.The summary part summarizes the previous article,reflects on the deficiencies of existing research,and puts forward prospects for the future development of social work based on the actual situation. |
