| With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology, sprinting is now given a new era significance and viewing value, the most eye-catching of which is the "hundred-meter trapeze war".Countless talented and powerful athletes emerged in the competition. They constantly set new records on the field, broke through the limits of mankind time and time again, and constantly refreshed the public’s awareness of track and field sports! The 10.49 s women’s 100 m "beard record" created by Joyna in the 1980 s is still "unmatched."In recent years,Chinese female sprinter Wei Yongli has brought great surprises to everyone. As a post-90 s athlete, she not only won a number of championships for our country, but also ran an excellent result of 10.99 s in the Geneva Track and Field Race in Switzerland in 2018.,Became the third female sprinter in Asia to run into the 11 s.At the same time, many outstanding female sprinters such as Liang Xiaojing,Ge Manqi and Yuan Qiqi have emerged in China. In order to improve sports performance better and faster,By using the methods of literature analysis, video analysis, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the technical data of female 100 m athletes in some international and domestic competitions in recent years,as the research basis, and takes the step frequency variation characteristics of athletes with different gait techniques as the research object.this article attempts to study the changing characteristics of one of the two core elements(step frequency)that affect the running speed of women’s 100 m athletes at different stages of the whole course, and compare and analyze the characteristics of Chinese athletes and the world’s elite athletes. The gap between the two, discover the inherent problems, and provide a theoretical reference for sports training.conclusion as below:1.Through correlation analysis,it shows that we should pay attention to developing the ability to maintain a higher step frequency, rather than unilaterally pursuing the highest step frequency at the expense of step size;Gait combination with larger stride length and higher stride frequency(relative to its own highest stride frequency)is an important technical feature that is beneficial to improve sports performance.2.Taking the average step frequency and average step size of samples as the main classification basis, taking the whole step number and the highest step frequency as the secondary classification reference, the gait technical types of athletes are divided into step frequency type and step size type. There are distinct technical differences between athletes with two different gait types. This classification method can fully reflect the technical characteristics of athletes with different gait types, and has certain theoretical and practical significance.3.The overall change trend of step frequency rhythm of female 100 m athletes with different gait technical types is similar, showing a parabola shape, and the step frequency rhythm change of step frequency athletes is always higher than that of step length athletes. There are significant differences in step frequency and step size parameters between the two types of gait techniques(p<0.05),reflecting the external technical expressions of the two different types of athletes.4.No matter the athletes of step frequency type or step size type, the change of step frequency in time series is basically consistent with the change of whole speed rhythm.5.The success of Fraser and Pailes, the representatives of the two types of gait techniques, shows that athletes need to give full play to the advantages of step frequency(or step length),balance the combination of step frequency(or step frequency)reasonably, and fully reflect their personal technical characteristics, which is the best combination of gait techniques.6.Compared with the world’s elite women 100 m athletes, although domestic athletes have certain advantages in the highest step frequency, there is a clear gap in the length.Excessive pursuit of the highest step frequency restricts(or neglects)the development of step length, which is not conducive to the exertion and maintenance of the whole speed. |
