The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of high school students’ learning burnout,explore the psychological mechanism of the impact of sense of life meaning on high school students’ learning burnout,and try to alleviate high school students’ learning burnout through group counseling based on sense of life meaning.In the first study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 553 senior high school students by means of relevant research methods.The current situation and characteristics of high school learning burnout were investigated,and the mediating effect of sense of life on high school learning burnout was tested.On the basis of the first study,the second study selected students with high academic burnout level as the subjects,and tested the effect of group tutoring based on the sense of life meaning on the alleviation of academic burnout of high school students by experimental method.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The study burnout of Grade One students is more serious.The level of study burnout of Grade One students is higher than that of Grade Two and Grade Three students,and there is no difference between male and female students.2.The learning burnout level of senior high school students is significantly negatively correlated with the sense of meaning of life and learning motivation,and learning motivation plays a mediating role in the effect of sense of meaning of life on academic burnout.3.Group counseling based on the sense of meaning of life can reduce the level of academic burnout of high school students and effectively alleviate their academic burnout.
