As the backbone of the professional education,secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of training high-quality talents and promoting economic society development.The personnel training mode of integration between industry and education is a powerful measure to improve school quality and is the key to vocational education reform.Whether schools could combine regional advantages and optimize this talent training mode or not is significant in both school development and social economy development.Basing on the relevant theories and researches,this paper indicates that bottlenecks like inaccurate targeting,weak teacher resources,insufficient government-leading and positive participation of enterprises exist in talent training mode of industry and education integration of secondary vocational schools in Shantou,through survey and interview on present situation.For these problems,this article propose suggestions for optimization.First,special funds,guidance and macro-control on industry and education integration should be supported by the government.Second,the enterprises should go deep into this integration and actively cooperate with.Third,the schools should set up professional steering committee and run schools by means of collectivization;constantly construct double type teacher team and build up student evaluation system of multiple-evaluated subject;to create vocational education signboard and strengthen social identity.This study includes five parts.The first part is introduction that mainly discusses the research background,research significance and description of research thought and method.The literature review is about relevant researches on the domestic and foreign studies about talent training mode of integration between industry and education.The first chapter is relevant concept definition and theoretical basis.The second chapter explains the survey of operation state of this talent training mode of secondary vocational schools in Shantou by questionnaire and interview.The third chapter analyses the defects of personnel training mode of integration between industry and education of secondary vocational schools in Shantou,Guangdong Province,basing on survey dates.Suggestions on the basis of deficiency on the current mode in secondary vocational schools are offered by the fourth chapter.The last chapter is the conclusion,which is the author’s summary of this study and the prospect of future study.
