An Empirical Study On The Impact Of The Development Of High-end Service Industry On Employment

In the development of the new service economy,leading the development of highend service industries is an effective way to optimize the industrial structure and an important measure to expand social employment and promote social stability.However,the high-end service industry currently has the dilemma that the total job demand is small and a large number of laborers cannot enter the high-end service industry.Correctly exerting the positive and leading role of the development of high-end service industry on employment is the significance of this study.Only by fully understanding the impact path of the development of high-end service industry on employment effect can we promote the employment-leading role of high-end service industry in a targeted manner.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and empirical research on the employment effects of high-end service industries,it thoroughly analyzes the impact of the development of high-end service industries on its own employment and the path of influence,and selects the top 12 first-tier cities as research samples based on economic participation.According to economic participation,the 12 cities are divided into three levels.The first gradient is Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,and Tianjin,the second gradient is Shenzhen,Chongqing,Suzhou,Zhengzhou,and the third gradient is Qingdao,Hangzhou,Chengdu,and Changsha.The following empirical results:(1)The current development scale of the high-end service industry is relatively small but on an upward trend.Financial industry>information technology service industry>commercial service industry>science and technology service industry by industry scale,the development trend of different cities is the first gradient>third Gradient>second gradient.The employment scale and per capita wages of the high-end service industry are increasing,and their growth trends are relatively stable relative to the gross product and the industry average wages.The per capita wages are ranked as financial industry>information technology service industry>science and technology service industry>commercial service industry.,The employment development trend of different cities is ranked as the first gradient>the third gradient>the second gradient.(2)The coordination and hindrance model points out that the current development of high-end service industry has a negative impact on its own employment effect,and the reason that hinders the development of high-end service industry from correctly exerting the employment-driven effect is that the hindrance of high-end service industry capacity continues to rise,and at the same time,employment in high-end service industry The "crowding effect" is greater than the "creation effect".(3)The results of the propensity value matching model show that the industrial capacity of the high-end service industry has a positive effect on the employment scale,employment structure,and wage level.Among them,the largest effect on the expansion of employment scale and the optimization of the employment structure is the expansion of industrial scale reproduction,which has a positive effect on increasing wages.The biggest effect from the level is to increase the rate of fixed capital output.Innovation capabilities,financial capabilities,transportation conditions,government economic participation,and international economic participation are all indicators that affect the development of high-end service industry capabilities,and financial support is the top priority.The most effective way to play the leading role of the employment effect of the high-end service industry is to expand the scale of the industry and increase the rate of fixed capital output,and the factors that promote the common progress of the two are financial support and transportation conditions.Therefore,from the perspectives of financial support and urban infrastructure construction,the high-end service industry is promoted to play its strong role in employment absorption..
