| Effective teaching is an important issue in teaching research and teacher education research. With the deepening of the core literacy centered curriculum reform in China, new challenges have been put forward to the effectiveness of teachers’ face-to-face classroom teaching. At the same time, due to the impact of the epidemic, teachers have implemented on-line teaching for a period of time, which has aroused people’s attention to the effectiveness of on-line teaching.On-line teaching and face-to-face teaching are two teaching forms coexisting in Teachers’ teaching practice, how can teachers improve their teaching effectiveness? Focusing on Teachers’ teaching behaviors, this study empirically explored primary school teachers’ on-line and face-to-face effective teaching behavior. In this study, the exploratory time sequence design method of mixed research method was used, with interview as the main method and questionnaire as the auxiliary method.Through literature review, teacher interview and questionnaire survey, the composition of teachers’ on-line and face-to-face teaching behavior was sorted out. Then, based on four dimensions of students’ learning attitude, learning anxiety, learning self-efficacy and academic performance as four indicators of evaluating teaching effectiveness, this paper analyzed the influence of online and face-to-face teaching behaviors on teaching effectiveness, and finally determined the online and face-to-face effective teaching behaviors of primary school teachers.On-line effective teaching behaviors included nine teaching behavior categories, including pre class preparation behavior, educational technology behavior, teaching introduction behavior, teaching presentation behavior, teaching questioning behavior, classroom management behavior,teacher-student communication behavior, teaching guidance behavior, teaching evaluation behavior,a total of 42 specific teaching behaviors.Meanwhile,face-to-face effective teaching behaviors included eight teaching behavior categories, including pre class preparation behavior, teaching introduction behavior, teaching presentation behavior, teaching questioning behavior, classroom management behavior,teacher-student communication behavior, teaching guidance behavior, teaching evaluation behavior,a total of 46 specific teaching behaviors. In the composition of on-line effective teaching behavior, classroom management behavior and teaching guidance behavior have a more significant impact on teaching effectiveness, while in the composition of face-to-face effective teaching behavior,teacher-student communication behavior has a more significant impact on teaching effectiveness. Finally, from the perspective of promoting the teaching effectiveness of teachers’ on-line and face-to-face teaching, this study puts forward three suggestions for teachers to use on-line and face-to-face teaching behavior:(1)Establish student-centered teaching values;(2)Pay attention to the key teaching behaviors that affect the teaching effectiveness;(3)Construct teaching evaluation system based on learning process. In addition, this study points out the directions that can be further explored in the future:(1)Comprehensively use different survey methods to analyze teachers’ on-line and face-to-face teaching behavior;(2)Research on the relationship between teachers’ on-line and face-to-face teaching behaviors and students’ learning behaviors and teaching effectiveness;(3)Implement the research on Teachers’ on-line and face-to-face teaching behaviors that affect teaching effectiveness in different disciplines. |
