Research On Case Work Intervention In The Elderly With Disabilities Living Alone For Informal Social Support

With the increase of social mobility,young people have left their families for their own development,leading to a serious absence of informal social support networks for disabled elderly living alone,and informal social support plays an irreplaceable role in the later age of disabled elderly people living alone.Judging from the existing service experience,few services are specially targeted at "disabled elderly",let alone "disabled elderly living alone".Therefore,this paper tries to take the "triple weak" situation of the group as the service starting point,"living alone" as the key point to solve the problem,and design appropriate service solutions for the disabled elderly living alone from the perspective of social support network,so as to accurately meet their needs.Activate the informal social support network for disabled elderly living alone through the intervention of social work,consolidate family support for disabled elderly living alone,build a good family atmosphere and community environment,and make them return to society.At the same time,through the summary and reflection of individual services,it lays the foundation for the practical research of the disabled elderly living alone in the future.In the research,the social support assessment scale and semi-structured interview were adopted to collect the required information,intervene and evaluate the results of evaluating the status quo of informal social support and understanding the needs of the case.Starting with the informal support network of the owner,link and improve informal social support for the disabled elderly who live alone,establish a common effect escort for the owner,the combination of children-neighborhood-community,and a multi-directional informal social support network.Finally,we advocate the establishment of a multi-level social support system to jointly help solve the problem of the disabled elderly living alone and promote the improvement of the social support system.
