In high school,students' academic and psychological pressure is furth er increased,which is easy to lead to serious academic burnout,thus hindering the dev elopment of healthy learning ability and learning state of students.Therefore,menta l health workers should deeply study the relevant factors affecting academic burnout o f high school students,and actively improve the psychological resources of high scho ol students to effectively cope with academic burnout.The sense of meaning of lif e is an important resource to help high school students cope with academic bu rnout,and can help high school students to recognize the value of life and ex plore life goals,provide high school students with motivation and resources to cope with academic burnout.On the basis of previous studies,this study explores th e relationship between high school life and academic burnout,and the introduction o f time management disposition and emotion regulation self-efficacy two variables,ex plore the relationship between sense of meaning in life and academic burnout relation ship plays a role,with abundant domestic about high school life and academic burnou t research.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire,survey of 701 high sch ool students in chengdu,in the sense of “ life scale of middle school students "," mid dle school students'school burnout scale "," the time management disposition scale(ATMD)" and " emotional self-efficacy scale(RESE)”(Chinese version)of the investigation object is measured as a measuring instrument,SPSS 26.0 was used for d ata analysis and processing,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)High school students' sense of life meaning,time management tendency and emotion regulation self-efficacy are all above average level;The academic burnout of senior high school students is below medium level.The degree of academic burnout of senior high school students is significantly different in grade,place of origin and whether they have the education experience of meaning of life.(2)The degree of academic burnout of senior high school students is significantly different in grade,place of origin and whether they have the education experience of meaning of life.High school students' sense of life meaning has the obvious difference in whether they have the education experience of life meaning;The time management tendency of senior high school students has the significant difference in whether they have the education experience of life meaning.High school students' emotion regulation self-efficacy with its three dimensions has the significant difference in gender and whether they have the education experience of meaning of life.(3)Significance of life,academic burnout,time management tendency,emotion regulation self-efficacy and its various dimensions were significantly correlated.(4)High school students' sense of life meaning,tendency of time management,self-efficacy of depression and loss regulation and self-efficacy of anger and anger regulation in self-efficacy of emotion regulation had significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout.(5)Time management tendency plays a mediating role in the impact of life mean ing on academic burnout.(6)Emotional regulation self-efficacy moderated the relationship between time management tendency and academic burnout,and constructed a moderated mediation model based on the mediating model between sense of life meaning and academic bur nout.
