| Task-driven teaching method is a process where students complete the tasks under the guidance of teachers,so as to integrate knowledge,operation skills and learning attitude.This teaching method,which makes students get comprehensive progress and development,can not only help students to master the skills and knowledge in the narrow sense,but also enable students to obtain the ideas and methods of solving problems in the process of completing tasks.“Network marketing” is a professionally practical course,belonging to the core course of ecommerce in secondary vocational schools.Due to the continuous development of e-commerce industry,the demand of consumers getting higher and higher and the knowledge of network marketing being updated very fast,it requires teachers to choose appropriate teaching methods according to students’ needs of different knowledge and requirements of teaching content.But author’s research found that the task-driven teaching method in secondary vocational and technical education classroom application can be optimized.Therefore,this study analyzes the task-driven teaching method in the network marketing curriculum,find out the existing problems and their reasons and put forward feasible suggestions for the problem.This study is based on the constructivism theory,situational cognition theory,achievement motivation theory,humanistic learning theory,and multi-intelligence theory.In two secondary vocational schools,e-commerce professional teachers and students were as respondents.The study used observation,questionnaire,interview to go into the teaching.Specially,first-hand information and related data are obtained through actually observing classroom,designing and implementing the questionnaire survey,interviewing with teachers and students after class.Then the study can analyze the task-driven teaching method in the application and problems of secondary vocational and technical schools.Meanwhile,the case of task-driven teaching method in the course teaching of network marketing is analyzed to provide a reliable basis for this paper.The research found that,during the application of task-driven teaching method in secondary vocational schools,the introduction of the task is boring,and the classroom teaching atmosphere is poor;the students’ cooperation efficiency is low,and the form of teaching effect evaluation is single;the students’ learning effect is general.After analysis,the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of task-driven teaching methods in the classroom are: unreasonable task design,insufficient teachers’ participation,formulaic organization of task teaching,lack of standardized management of task development and lack of professional and systematic task evaluation.In view of related problems above,the suggestions are: to design effective task content to improve students’ enthusiasm for participation,to give play to the leading role of teachers to improve teachers’ participation,to improve the organizational form of task teaching and to pay attention to scientific assessment and evaluation forms.These suggestions are expected to improve the optimization role of task-driven teaching methods in the classroom. |
