Research On Intelligent Supervision Of Food Safety In Canteens Of Universities In Lanzhou

Food safety affects everyone’s physical and mental health and is related to the harmony and stability of the entire society.College canteen food safety is more related to the physical health of every staff in school.In the rapid development of big data in the new era,the use of big data analysis technology to realize intelligent supervision of food safety in college canteens has transformed food safety supervision methods and improved food supervision efficiency.At present,Lanzhou University Canteens have built "Long Shang Food Safety" intelligent supervision platform to gradually realize the visualization and intelligent supervision of campus food safety.Market supervision departments at all levels have gradually formed a top-down data and information supervision platform system,but through the actual work of the survey,we can see that the current Lanzhou University canteen wisdom supervision work still needs to be improved,each university canteen also has the problem of unbalanced development.In view of this,this article through understanding the Lanzhou University Dining Hall Food Safety Intelligence Surveillance Present situation,to find solutions to the problems of supervision,administrative enforcement,data collection and platform application ability in the intelligent supervision and application of food safety in the canteens of universities in Lanzhou,to the current food safety intelligent supervision work has been improved,thus further establishing the Lanzhou University Dining Hall Food Safety Intelligent Supervision Platform,constructing the intelligent supervision shared governance,comprehensively enhance the level of intelligent supervision of food safety in canteens of universities in Lanzhou.The research methods we applied in this paper mainly include: Literature Research,Questionnaire Survey,case analysis and interview.Based on the current situation of food safety intelligent supervision and the application of intelligent supervision platform in Lanzhou University Canteens,the relevant theories are clarified.Through the analysis of the current situation of the supervision of university canteens in Lanzhou by using the intelligent supervision platform,through interviews and case analysis,this paper finds out the disadvantages of the intelligent supervision in the supervision of food safety in university canteens,and at the same time,this paper summarizes the practical operation of intelligent supervision in developed areas abroad and cities at home,and draws the enlightenment of the application of intelligent supervision in the food safety supervision of university canteens.This paper starts from the actual work,combined with Risk Management and collaborative governance theory knowledge,drawing on domestic and foreign experience,this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfecting the top-level design of the intelligent supervision system,collecting data in time and efficiently,developing and optimizing the use of data,perfecting the supporting safeguard measures,etc.,it has certain practical value to promote the food supervision work and the further optimization of the intelligent supervision.
