Relevant policies issued by the state in 2019 have greatly promoted the development of vocational education,strengthened the top-level design of vocational education,optimized the allocation of educational resources,recognized the social status of vocational education,and at the same time had a great impact on teachers’ teaching abilities and teaching Quality puts forward higher requirements.The traditional teaching method can no longer meet the needs of comprehensively cultivating the technical talents needed by the country at this stage.Teachers need to change their teaching concepts and use new teaching methods in a timely manner.The task-driven teaching method is a good part of the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.Cut the entrance,build a student-oriented,teacher-led teaching model,stimulate students’ interest in learning,enhance students’ independent learning ability,and improve students’ knowledge reserves and skills in many aspects.The task-driven teaching method is applied in the course of "Front Office Service and Management" of secondary vocational school.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the teaching method on students’ interest,willpower,initiative,atmosphere,effect and willingness to use.This paper analyzes the feasibility of teaching method,the present situation of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching in practice schools,designs relevant teaching design and carries out teaching practice.After the implementation of the teaching method,the teaching effect is summarized and combed,and the research conclusions and shortcomings in the teaching implementation are obtained,and the prospect is carried out.Research conclusion: The application of task-driven teaching method in the course of "Front Office Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools is effective.So it is useful for students’ to improve them learning interest,learning willpower,learning efficiency and academic performance。 Teachers are also In the process,the teaching goal was achieved.It can be seen that this teaching method provides new ideas for the reform of secondary vocational teaching.
