Rural Left-behind Children Love Protection Multiple Linkage Mechanism Building Research

The problem of left-behind children in rural areas is a social problem arising during the transition of our country.The emergence of this problem has had a serious impact on the healthy growth of left-behind children.In order to overcome difficulties,the state has issued a series of documents,requiring all localities to carry out care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas.Therefore,exploring the multiple linkages in the care and protection of left-behind children will help the whole society to participate in the practice of left-behind children’s protection.It is very valuable for solving the current problems of left-behind children in our country.This article takes the Guangxi Children’s Work Resource Center project as an example,comprehensively uses the non-structured interview method and the case study method to collect and organize the project materials.In introducing the process and characteristics of the establishment of a multiple linkage mechanism for the care and protection of rural left-behind children in the project sites in County Z,it makes full use of professional theories and knowledge to explore,and analyzes the roles and functions of multiple subjects in the mechanism.Through research,it can be seen that the construction of the linkage mechanism has gone through six stages of planning,beginning,expansion,final completion,and consolidation.The multiple subjects have effectively linked policies,resources,and propaganda,and showed that the rural left-behind children are the center,The characteristics of the public welfare of the value of multiple participants,and the continuous increase in the number and depth of participants.The linkage of multiple subjects has achieved very significant results in the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas,which are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: first,the continuous expansion of social support networks;second,the protection work process is standardized;third,the role of multiple subjects is becoming clearer;Fourth,the social influence is gradually increasing.However,this mechanism also has the problems of the unity of the "linkage" channel,the passiveness of "linkage" but the difficulty of "action",and the non-coordination of "action" but the difficulty of "linkage".After analyzing the reasons,it is found that it is mainly due to policy guidance,The influence of service subject and service environment.Finally,this article puts forward the following suggestions for the construction of a multiple linkage mechanism for the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas: first,adhere to the leading role of the government;second,give full play to the power of the social support network for left-behind children;third,promote the embedded development of social work.
