Research On The Path Of The Organic Combination Of Labor Education And Primary School Students’ Study Travel

In recent years,the state ministries and commissions have issued a series of documents to reaffirm the educational significance of labor education,and to write labor education into the national educational policy,and labor education has gradually returned to the public view.With the reiteration and attention of labor education in our country,its development and implementation are also concerned by all parties in society.All provinces,cities and regions actively explore the work of labor education,primary school students labor education research travel activities are in recent years education researchers,practitioners in the process of primary school labor education,labor education and primary school students to study the path of labor education organically combined.In the process of promoting the organic combination of the two,the path of their organic combination has also become an important factor restricting the promotion of primary school students’ labor education and research travel.This study refers to the path of combining labor education with primary school students’ study travel,which is mainly reflected in the specific path of primary school students’ labor education study travel(labor-travel study)activities carried out in school education.Therefore,in the selection of survey subjects,teachers and students who have carried out more representative labor research activities are investigated,using questionnaire survey method,interview method and field investigation and investigation in primary It is found that although the combination of the two has made considerable achievements,the following problems still exist: teachers and students do not know clearly about labor research;labor experience is formalized and practice is not enough;Ignoring the positive role of labor research community;emphasizing labor and light research,lacking systematic evaluation of activities;the support system of labor research is not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the combination of labor education and study travel in primary school,in order to better realize the combination of the two and promote the activities of labor education and study travel(labor-travel study)of primary school students,the author puts forward the path of organic combination from the aspects of base,curriculum,teachers,research method,evaluation mechanism and security system.First of all,to "educate people" as the purpose,redefine the relationship between labor education and research travel,and create a new time and space for labor research;Second,take the labor research curriculum as the main line,carries on the labor research curriculum development,creates the labor research curriculum education new system;Third,take the concept of teachers and students as an opportunity to create a healthy environment for labor research and explore the "three tutors system" education model;Fourth,to create a community of labor research as the key,cultivate students’ labor core literacy,the implementation of knowledge and practice interaction of research learning;Fifth,to build a multiple evaluation mechanism as a platform to test the effect of labor research;Sixth,to improve the labor research and security system as the cornerstone,to promote the healthy development of labor research six paths.Finally,with the case of school labor research,the path is further verified and explained.
