This study investigated the agricultural college graduates'status quo of career learning experience about agriculture, and present situation of career self-efficacy,career outcome expectation and the career intention's changes about choosing a new-type professional farmers as a work,by the Career Learning Experience Scale,Career Self-efficacy Scale,Career Outcome Expectation Scale and Career Intention Change Scale.Correlation analysis, independent sample T test,single-factor analysis of variance, linear regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between variables, and the Bootstrap method was used to explore the role of career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation in the relationship between career learning experience and changes in career intention,so as to explain internal mechanism of four career learning experiences on the change of graduates'willingness to choose new professional farmers as a work. The research results are as follows:(1)Among the four career learning experiences related to agriculture, except social persuasion(3.02),the average values of achievement performance, alternative learning and emotional arousal are all less than 3,indicating that graduates from agriculture and forestry colleges lack of career learning experiences about agriculture. At the same time, after four years of study, the average change of agricultural college graduates'vocational willingness of choosing new professional farmers as a work is 3.04,showing a slight increase in the overall willingness, but the change range is not obvious.(2)There is a significant difference in the willingness of agricultural college graduates to choose new professional farmers as a work in major categories(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in demographic variables such as gender, family location, parents'occupation and family income level.(3)Achievement performance(R~2=0.169,B=0.412,P<0.01),alternative learning(R~2=0.147,B=0.384,P<0.01),social persuasion(R~2=0.190,B=0.435,P<0.01),and emotional arousal(R~2=0.198,B=0.445,P<0.01)of agricultural college graduates were significantly positively correlated with the change of career intention, and could positively predict it.(3)The career self-efficacy,career outcome expectation and career intention change of agricultural college graduates are significantly correlated, and all of them have a positive predictive effect on career intention change.(4)Career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation of agricultural college graduates have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between"career learning experience and career intention change",specifically shown as:the parallel mediating effect of career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation on the relationship between career learning experience and career intention change was not significant;but career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation have a significant chain mediating effect on the relationship between achievement performance and career intention change;at the some time,in addition to career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation, the direct effects of career learning experiences on career intention change are also significant. Therefore, the following conclusions are drawn:the richer agricultural college graduates'career learning experience about agricultural, the more obvious the degree of their willingness to choose new professional farmers as a work;at the same time, career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation play a partial mediating role in the relationship between career learning experience and the change of career intention. Therefore, schools can improve the overall willingness of college graduates to choose new professional farmers as a work through the intervention of students'learning experience.
