A Comparative Study On The Arrangement Of Uneven Bars Movements Of Excellent Athletes At Home And Abroad In Tokyo Olympic Cycle

In recent years,the world-level competitive gymnastics events have been very hot,and outstanding athletes from all over the world have made remarkable achievements in uneven bars.Therefore,with the implementation of the new cycle rules,the 47-49 Gymnastics World Championships in 2017-2019,The arrangement of uneven bars will have some influence.In this paper,the 47 th,48th and 49 th World Championships,the Chinese and foreign elite athletes uneven bars complete set of movements as the research object,using expert interviews,video observation,literature and other research methods to study the following conclusions:1.there are some differences in the arrangement of Chinese and foreign outstanding athletes’ upper and upper movements,most athletes will mainly take low bar flexion and extension movements,and the difficulty coefficient of the upper and upper movements selected is relatively low.A few foreign athletes will choose high bar flexion and extension movements with relatively high difficulty coefficient.2.Chinese and foreign outstanding athletes have some innovation in the arrangement and selection of the action on the bar.The main actions selected are D groups with relatively high difficulty coefficient and E groups of actions.D、E group of actions is still the mainstream in the complete set of uneven bars.However,relatively speaking,the performance of the athletes,the choice of action is relatively conservative,which has a certain relationship with their own competitive level.Of the47th-49 th World Championships,the Chinese and foreign elite athletes mainly take D group and E group in the two changes.The higher the level of athletes,the richer the two bar changes,the higher the difficulty coefficient,relatively speaking,the foreign excellent athletes two bar changes are more challenging and innovative.3.In the choice of action,the choice of outstanding athletes in our country is relatively conservative,which is mainly to ensure the stability of landing,but relatively speaking,foreign outstanding athletes are more bold in the choice of action.4.in the 47th-49 th world championships,there are certain differences in the arrangement of complete sets of movements between Chinese women gymnasts and foreign women gymnasts.In contrast,the number of high bar movements of foreign athletes is relatively large.The arrangement of complete sets of movements is more bold,while Chinese athletes are relatively conservative,the main purpose is to maintain the stability of the movement.5.different levels of Chinese and foreign athletes,there are some differences in the use of connection movements,foreign athletes with relatively good results,the use of connection movements more diverse,more innovative,and the use of Chinese athletes difficult movements tend to the medium and high difficulty.
