| In this study, through the use of CASI0-FH25 high-speed camera from Japan and MEGA Win6000 16-channel wireless Bluetooth telemetry EMG meter from Finland, the surface EMG of back muscle training of 10 subjects from the bodybuilding and fitness special team of physical education major of Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education was collected simultaneously.By collating and analyzing the EMG data,it is concluded that the activation time of each muscle corresponding to each test movement has obvious sequence, and the electrical signal intensity of each muscle in different movement stages is also different.By analyzing and summarizing the measured data such as the original EMG,IEMG value, mean amplitude sample T detection, and the contribution rate of each muscle,a conclusion was drawn. The most effective movements of each muscle were optimized and sorted, and the conclusions were drawn as follows:1.The working nature of the trapezius muscle in each test movement was mainly static restraint work, followed by centripetal restraint work. The best exercise to activate the trapezius muscle was the I-Y-T lift, followed by the dumbbell single-arm rowing. The optimal stage of trapezius muscle activation was the peak contraction stage of I-Y-T lifting, followed by the centripetal contraction stage of I-Y-T lifting, and the peak contraction stage of dumbbell single-arm rowing.2.The working nature of teres major muscle in each test movement is mainly:centripetal restrained work, followed by static restrained work, centrifugal concessional work.Pull-ups activate the teres major muscle most obviously, followed by high pull-downs.The most active stages of the teres major muscle are: pull-up peak contraction,pull-up centripetal contraction,pull-up centrifugal contraction,pull-down centripetal contraction, and pull-down centrifugal contraction(before and after the rank).3.The most important working nature of the infraspinatus muscle in each test movement is static restraint work. The preferred movements that most activate the infraspinatus muscles are: bending over the barbell, pulling down high, dumbbell one-arm rowing, and sitting row.The movements that can best activate the infraspinatus muscle are: the peak contraction stage of bending barbell rowing, the peak contraction stage of high pull-down,the peak contraction stage of dumbbell single-arm rowing and the peak contraction stage of sitting position rowing.4.The most important working nature of erector spine muscle in each test movement is centripetal restraint work. When the erector spinal muscle is the target of activation, the half pull is the best movement, followed by bending over the barbell rowing, and other movements are not recommended. The centripetal contraction stage of half pull is the optimal movement stage of erector spinal muscle activation, followed by the centripetal contraction stage of bending barbell rowing.5.The main work nature of latissimus dorsi muscle in each test movement is:static restraint work, followed by centripetal restraint work.Pull-down,pull-up,bending barbell rowing, and dumbbell single-arm rowing are particularly stimulating to the lats dorsal muscles(in order of order). There were more action stages to stimulate lats dorsal muscle, which were: high pull-down peak contraction stage,pull-up peak contraction stage, bending rowing peak contraction stage, single arm dumbbell rowing peak contraction stage and bending rowing centricentric contraction stage in order.6.Among all the movements tested, rowing exercises activate the back comprehensively, and none of them can activate every muscle to the maximum.Pull-ups activate the strongest electrical activity in the muscles.Pressing down the straight arm activates almost the same electrical activity in the muscles as rowing from a sitting position. The results of bending barbell rowing were similar to those of single-arm dumbbell rowing, but single-arm dumbbell rowing had more obvious activation of trapezius muscle. |
