Study On The Training Of Coach Team In Xi’an Amateur Basketball Training Institution

With the rapid development of the sports training market,more and more sports practitioners and consumers have participated in the sports training.In the development of the industry,the training and development of coaches is the top priority of every training institution.A high-quality coach team can create high-quality curriculum products and win a good reputation.However,the research on the training and development of relevant coaches in China is mostly focused on the field of competitive sports and the high-level field,and the research on amateur sports training is relatively weak.Through the study on the training of coaches in the amateur basketball training industry in Xi ’an,this paper hopes to provide some help and reference for the training of coaches in the amateur basketball market and the improvement of the overall level of coaches.This paper makes use of searching relevant literature,finding relevant experts,carrying out questionnaire activities in various places,statistical data and rational analysis of various kinds of logic,based on the analysis of the training situation of the coaches in the amateur basketball training market in Xi’an,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Xi ’an amateur basketball training institutions have a prominent feature of younger coaches,good educational background and professional structure,and a large proportion of coaches with bachelor’s degree or above,which has great potential in the training and development of the coaches.2.The professional level of the coaches in the amateur basketball training institutions in Xi ’an still needs to be further improved.Generally,the teaching years are not high and there is a lack of talents with high-level sports experience.3.The training cycle of the coaches of the amateur basketball training institutions in Xi ’an roughly meets the needs of the coaches.The training content is balanced and the structure is reasonable,but it lacks pertinence,and there are problems such as basic training and low pertinence,which affect the training quality of the coaches.4.Xi ’an amateur basketball training institutions have insufficient supervision and inspection awareness in the training of coaches,and lack of perfect supervision and inspection system;In combination with the teaching practice to check the training effect on the lack of examination;The training did not establish a specialized and perfect feedback mechanism,the lack of regular and timely feedback.5.Xi ’an amateur basketball training institutions should pay attention to the recruitment and management of full-time coaches in the training of coaches,so as to improve the professional level of coaches.Arrange training cycle flexibly,make training plan and improve training quality;Reasonable arrangement of training content,rich training forms;Scientific formulation of the training program for coaches and strengthen the implementation;The supervision and inspection system and feedback system for the training of coaches should be supplemented and improved.Establish a long-term training system for coaches.6.Organizations should pay close attention to how to improve the quality of the training of coaches,deal with the training of human resources of coaches,improve the overall level of coaches,so as to ensure the market competitiveness of organizations.
