| Research purposes: according to the relevant symptom checklist(SCL-90)and mood state scale(mood state scale),the psychological state of the two groups were simply evaluated,and the data of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment were collected and analyzed,so as to reveal whether the standing pile training can effectively improve the physical and mental relaxation of college students,It can provide scientific basis and data reference for people who practice piling.Research methods: This paper uses the methods of experiment,literature,test,interview and logical analysis to test 44 college students in Xi’an Institute of physical education,collect and analyze the physiological and psychological indicators,and determine the intervention effect of stationing on College Students’ physical and mental relaxation.Results: After the experiment,the scores of short POMS scale were statistically analyzed by independent sample t-test.The scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression,panic and total scores in the control group were increased,while the scores of energy and self-esteem were decreased;In the experimental group,the scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression,panic and total score were decreased,while the scores of energy and self-esteem were increased.The scores of anger,energy,self-esteem and total score were significantly different(P < 0.01),and the scores of tension,fatigue and depression were significantly different(P < 0.05);After the paired sample t-test statistical analysis,the POMS score of the experimental group decreased by 10.54,P < 0.01,there was a very significant difference;The score of anger factor decreased by 1.0,P < 0.05.The scores of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)were statistically analyzed by independent sample t-test.The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,phobia,psychoticism and total scores in the control group were increased,while the scores of anxiety,paranoia and other factors were decreased.The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,phobia,anxiety,paranoia and other factors in the control group were increased There were significant differences in the scores of paranoia and psychosis(P < 0.01)and hostility(P < 0.05);In the experimental group,the score of obsessive-compulsive symptoms decreased by 3.82,P < 0.05,with significant difference;The score of terror factor decreased by 1.82,P <0.05;The score of psychotic factor decreased by 1.13,P < 0.05;The scores of other factors decreased by 0.45,P < 0.05,with significant difference.The results of independent sample t-test showed that the values of LF in the control group increased,while the values of HF and LF / HF decreased.The values of LF and LF / F in the experimental group decreased,while the values of HF increased.There were significant differences in the values of LF and HF(P < 0.01);There was significant difference in LF / HF(P < 0.05);After paired sample test and statistical analysis,the LF value of the experimental group decreased by 0.00224,P < 0.01,with very significant difference;The value of HF increased by 0.00407,P < 0.01.By independent sample t-test,the values of SCL and SCR in the control group and the experimental group decreased,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05);After paired sample t-test statistical analysis,the SCL value of the experimental group decreased by 4.98,P < 0.01,there was a very significant difference;SCR decreased by 4.68,P < 0.05.Conclusion:1.Standing pile training can not only alleviate and improve college students’ tension,anger,fatigue,depression and other negative mental states,but also promote their positive mental states;2.Standing pile training can effectively reduce the LF and LF / HF of HRV,increase HF,effectively inhibit the activity of sympathetic nerve,increase the tension of vagus nerve,and balance the body and mind of autonomic nervous system,so as to regulate the physical and mental relaxation of college students;3.Standing pile training can effectively reduce skin conductance level(SCL)and skin conductance response(SCR),so that college students can timely realize their personal physical and mental development status and get positive adjustment. |
